How To make Beer Bread 1
3 cups self-rising flour
1 tablespoon sugar
optional
1 can beer :
at room temperature
1 egg -- beat w/ 1 Tb water
Combine flour and sugar, pour in beer and stir just until dry ingreds. are moist (about 17 times according to original recipe). Pour batter into greased & floured loaf pan and let sit for about 15 min. to rise. Dough will be very gooey. Brush top with egg mixture and bake in pre-heated 375 oven for about an hour or until pick comes out clean. When done, brush top with butter.
I like to add things like 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese and 2 tblsp. caraway seeds or the cheese and some fresh chopped jalapenos or just use your imagination. If you add these things, add them to the flour and mix well before you add the beer.

~1 can of Beer or Bottle of Beer of your choice
~3 1/3 c. Self Rising Flour
~1/3 c. White Sugar
~Mix dry ingredients
~Add Beer
~Place batter in greased loaf pan
~Cook for 45 minutes at 400 F
@@@ Optional Choice @@@ Remove from oven after 30 minutes, baste with butter and place back into the oven for 15 more minutes for a more golden crust!
~Remove from oven, Slice, Butter and Enjoy!!

1-12 oz bottle or canned beer of your choice
3 cups all-purpose flour
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
cooking spray
cornmeal for dusting
To Serve:

⬇️ How to make No-Knead Beer Bread ⬇️
0:10 Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Grease a loaf pan of your choice, preferably 9-inches, and dust with cornmeal.
0:24 In a large mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
0:48 Add sugar, butter, and beer. Whisk until it forms a cake batter.
1:07 Pour into your loaf pan and bake for roughly 35 minutes or until a cake tester comes out clean.
1:23 Remove from the loaf pan and allow to cool down on cooling racks until warm enough to handle.
1:29 Portion accordingly and treat this like regular bread. Tastes best when toasted, but can also be stored in a chilled area for up to 3 days. Cooldown completely before storing.
