How To make Beef & Vegetable Skillet Dinner
2 T Vegetable Oil
1 lb Sirloin Steak; Bonless, *
1/2 c Carrots; Frozen, Sliced
1 Env. Soup Mix; **
1 c ;Water
2 T Soy Sauce
2 T Ketchup
1/2 t Garlic Powder
1/4 t Ginger; Ground
8 oz Bamboo Shoots; Drained,(1cn)
6 oz Snow Peas; Frozen, Thawed
Rice; Hot Cooked * Boneless Sirloin Steak should be cut into thin stir fry strips. ** Use one of the following Lipton's Recipe Soup Mixes: Beefy Mushroom, +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ ++++++++++++++++++ In a large skillet, heat oil and brown beef, in two batches, over medium-high heat. Remove beef. Add carrots, then beefy mushroom recipe soup mix blended with water, soy sauce, ketchup, garlic powder and ginger. Bring to a boil, then simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until carrots are crisp-tender. Add beef, bamboo shoots and snow peas, simmer 3 minutes or until heated through. To serve, arrange beef mixture over hot rice.

BEEF SKILLET | easy healthy dinner recipe
This easy ground beef skillet is a flexible, family-friendly meal that comes together in just 30-minutes. Perfect for a busy weeknight or to add to your weekend meal prep menu this healthy recipe is delicious over rice, pasta, or spaghetti squash (which is my personal favorite).
Think bolognese sauce (or deconstructed meatballs!), quick and easy! I love that this dish is ultimately a big pot of vegetables with a little bit of meat. It's healthy comfort food at its best!

EASY GROUND BEEF SKILLET
1 lb. lean ground beef, preferably grass-fed
1 small onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
3 cloves minced garlic,
1 cup baby Bella mushrooms chopped
2-15 ounce canned diced tomatoes
1-15 ounce can of tomato sauce
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
Salt and paper to taste
1/4 cup chopped basil or parsley optional
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese optional
INSTRUCTIONS
Brown beef in a large cast-iron skillet over medium-high heat. Continually stir with a wooden spoon or spatula to make sure the meat is broken into small crumbles.
Once the meat has browned, push it to one side of the pan and add in the onion and pepper. Cook for about 5 minutes until veggies begin to soften and then mix them into the beef and push to the side.
Stir in the mushrooms and the garlic, season with salt and pepper, and allow to cook for another couple of minutes until the mushrooms have softened and then mix all the veggies and beef together.
Add in diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, and salt and pepper to taste. Cook for another 15-20 minutes until all the flavors have come together and then top with fresh basil or parsley.
Serve over the top of a pile of spaghetti squash (or zoodles, rice, pasta, etc.) and enjoy!

HOW TO MAKE BEEF NOODLE SKILLET | ONE PAN BEEF EGG NOODLE RECIPE
INGREDIENTS:
12 ounces egg noodles
1 1/2 pounds ground beef
1 diced yellow onion
1 - 14 ounce can mushrooms - drained
3-4 cloves minced garlic
1/4 tsp. salt plus to taste
1/4 tsp. black pepper plus to taste
2 Tbsp. tomato paste
3 cups beef broth
water as needed during cooking
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. ground mustard
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/3 cup sour cream
Parsley for garnnish
In a skillet on med high add ground beef, chop and cook until brown.
Drain excess fat if needed.
Add onions, mushrooms, minced garlic salt and black pepper and tomato paste.
Cook and stir for a couple minutes until tomato paste is dispersed.
Add beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, ground mustard, smoked paprika and garlic
powder. Stir and turn up heat to bring to low simmer.
Add noodles and stir to incorporate. Cook on low simmer for 10-12 minutes
or until noodles soften. Add water as needed.
Turn off heat and add sour cream. Stir to incorporate.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
Enjoy.
