1 ½ lb Chicken Breasts, cut in 1 inch pieces
4 large Russet Potatoes, peeled cut in 1 inch pieces
3 tbsp Branch and Vine Garlic Olive Oil -
1/2 tbsp Paprika
1 tbsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper
2 cups shredded Cheddar Cheese
1/2 cup cooked, chopped Bacon
2 Green Onions sliced thin

* 4 cups diced sweet potatoes
* 4 chicken skinless boneless thighs (cut into bite sizes)
* Marinade for chicken: 2 tbsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper, 1/2 tsp granulated onion, 1/2 tsp fennel seeds, 1/2 tsp smoked paprika, 1/2 tsp chili powder, 2 globes minced garlic, 1/2 tsp all purpose seasoning/ 1/2 chicken or vegetable bouillon cube)
* 1/4 cup mince celery
* 1 cup diced carrots
* 1/2 cup chopped onion
* Extra 2-3 tbsp olive oil for cooking chicken and hash
* Extra salt, crushed black pepper, paprika for seasoning each layer of ingredients per your discretion
* 1/4 cup roughly chopped parsley for garnishing and a flavor brightening ingredient

OVEN Baked Chicken Wings and Potatoes - One pot Recipe
INGREDIENTS
8 Irish Potatoes
5 Carrots
12 Chicken Wings
Vegetable Oil
1 teaspoon Paprika
1/2 Teaspoon Salt
1 Teaspoon Garlic Powder
2 Teaspoons Suya Pepper
1 Teaspoon Ginger Powder
1 Teaspoon Onion Powder
1 Teaspoon White Pepper
1 Teaspoon Chicken Stock Powder
Bake in a preheated oven @ 200 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes , 20 minutes first (Bottom oven heat) then flip and allow to brown next 20 minutes (turn on top oven heat)

This Chicken and potato meal is a must try
Chicken and potato pottage:
(serves 4)
* 12 chicken wings(drums and flats)
* ½ teaspoon each of
* salt
* Crushed Bouillon(knorr chicken or maggi)
* Paprika
* Garlic powder
* Onion powder
* Pepper
* Few spring of fresh thyme or 1 tsp dried
* 4 medium Irish potatoes/russet potatoes
* 2 ½ cup of water
* Extra ½ teaspoon of salt
For the vegetable stir fry:
* 2 tablespoons of butter
* 1 small onion (chopped)
* 3-4 cloves of garlic(minced)
* 2 scotch bonnet pepper(chopped)
* 2 carrots
* 1 green bell pepper
* 1 red bell pepper
* Seasoned vegetable stir fry with:
* ½ teaspoon each of salt, chicken bouillon and pepper
* Slurry:
* 1 tablespoon of cornstarch

CHICKEN & POTATO STIR-FRY RECIPE
Just showing you how I make this yummy Potato and Chicken Stir-fry. Please bear in mind that you'll need SOFT CHICKEN to perfect this recipe. You may also use chicken fillet if you prefer.
Feel free to use any other vegetables you prefer. I know the Chicken marinade ingredients are extensive, do use whatever you have.
Ingredients:
10 chicken wings, split into drums and flats

Vegetable Oil
Green Bell Peppers
Spring Onions
Carrots
Onions
Soy Sauce
Chicken Marinade:
Chinese 5 Spice
Curry Powder
Black Pepper
Crushed Pepper Flakes
Chicken Seasoning
Smoked Paprika
Garlic Powder
Ginger powder
Thyme
Salt to taste
