Tacos from the Farm Stand Kitchen! SASSY BEEF!
1 1/2 pounds 85% lean ground beef 2 Tablespoons water 1 1/2 Tablespoons Farm Stand Taco Seasoning ( recipe below) 1/3 cup Sweet Thai Chili Sauce
In a skillet, brown the ground beef and drain. Add the water and taco seasoning. Throughly combine. Stir in the chili sauce. Simmer on low for 3-4 minutes. Serve!
TACO SEASONING RECIPE
4 Tablespoons Mexican Chili Powder 1 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon onion powder 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes 1 teaspoon oregano 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika 1 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin 1 teaspoon sea salt or table salt 1 teaspoon ground pepper
Mix all in a small dish and store in a container with a lid. Makes enough for several meals of tacos.
