Crock Pot Charro Beans | Easy Charro Beans Recipe
Here is an easy way to make frijoles charros. This method eliminates hovering over your stove and stirring the beans. I find cooking in a crock pot on low is convenient and frees time to work on other things.
INGREDIENTS
1 lb pinto beans (washes and rinsed)
1/2 onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 to 2 tomatoes
1 jalapeno (or serrano pepper)
1 cup chopped cilantro
6 slices of bacon chopped
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups water
2 tsp salt (or salt to your taste)
black pepper to taste

Creamy Pinto beans in [Crock pot] slow cooker
This is simply the best Pinto beans recipe you ever make. Trust me when I say this.
You don't need to add any salt. That alone is good for high blood pressure. There wad no pork used at all. I used only smoked turkey tails with a little bite of none salt seasoning.
All ingredients are listed below
1 1 tbsp Onion powder
2 1 tbsp Garlic powder
3 1/2 tsp Ground Cummin
4 1 tsp Paprika
5 1 tsp Cayenne pepper
6 Smoked meat of your choice (I used 2 Turkey tails)
7 1 cup dried beans
8 4 cup of broth (optional) your choice or water
