Mix and pour over meatballs: 1/2 cup catsup 1/2 cup chili sauce 2 Tbsp. margari ne 2 Tbsp. chopped onion vinegar and brown sugar, to taste Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes. Italian Meatballs, wrapped in bacon, glazed with BBQ Sauce and cooked on the Traeger Timberline.
Bacon-Wrapped BBQ Meatballs Ingredients: - 2 dozen fresh homestyle or Italian meatballs - 12 strips thin sliced bacon - 1/2 cup Killer Hogs The BBQ Sauce - 1/2 cup Killer Hogs Vinegar Sauce
Directions: 1.) Preheat pellet grill to 350°F. 2.) Cut the bacon strips in half creating 24 pieces. 3.) Wrap each meatball with a strip of bacon and secure it with a toothpick. 4.) Place the wrapped meatballs on a wire rack and into the smoker. 5.) Cook for 35 minutes until the bacon starts to brown. 6.) Combine both sauces and dunk each meatball into the sauce and cook for an additional 10 minutes to set the sauce. 7.) Serve with extra sauce for dipping.
