1 Can biscuits (10) 3/4 Lb. ground beef 3/4 C. Kraft barbecue sauce 3/4 C. Cheddar cheese -- grated Spray Pam on muffin pan. Brown ground beef (add onion or green pepper if you like). Drain off grease and add barbecue sauce and let simmer. Put biscuits in pan to make a cup. Spoon in ground beef and top with cheese. Bake 10 to 12 minutes at 400 degrees.

Making my husband Joey's Grandma's BBQ Beef cups recipe into a WW friendly recipe. I hope you enjoy as much as we did because they turned out great!
1 beef cup is 3 sp / Made 9 cups 2 ingredient dough: - 1 cup flour - 1 cup non fat greek yogurt (plain) - 1 tbsp baking powder (for baking) - salt
Beef Mixture: lean ground beef ( I ended up using a full 1 cup of mixture to beef cups) 1/2 cup diced onions 7 tbsp of sugar free bbq sauce 1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup reduce fat shredded cheddar cheese
What to do: add your yogurt, flour, and salt into a bowl and mix well together, then place some flour on counter and add your dough and start to knead your dough, let sit while you cook your lean beef (about 10 min) start cooking your lean ground beef in a pan once brown add seasonings plus 7tbsp sugar free bbq sauce, and 1/2 cup diced onions, cook together on low for about 10 min.
Now take your cupcake pan and spray them with oil spray, add your dough in each and use a spoon to make a wall and hollow out a dip for the beef mixture this will take some time to be patient, now add your beeg mixture I ended up using just 1 cup of the mixture for all 9 cups, next add your cheese on the top. I mixed fat free cheddar and reduce fat cheddar cheese. Bake on 350 for 15 min or until dough is done you can check with a fork.
NOTE: I do have a gas oven so my time may differ from your stove.
Once done let cool and you can also serve with a side of bbq sauce to dip :) YUM!

Barbecue beef cups ¾ lb. lean ground beef ½ cup barbecue sauce 1 (12-oz) pkg. refrigerated biscuits ⅓ cup shredded cheddar cheese 1 T. dried minced onion Preheat oven to 350°. Grease the cups of a muffin pan. In large heavy skillet over medium heat, cook beef until evenly brown. Drain excess fat. Stir in BBQ sauce and dried onion. Simmer for a few minutes over low heat. Flatten each biscuit, and press into muffin pan. Make sure the dough comes to top of the pan. Spoon a portion of meat mixture into each cup. Bake for 12 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 3 more minutes.
Planning & Schedule: 00h50m - Setup your smoker or barbecue for smoking at 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius 00h40m - Boil the eggs for 6 minutes, when they are done. Let them cool down. 00h30m - Take the sausage out of its casing and start molding egg cups. Wrap the egg cups in bacon and peel the eggs to place them in the egg cups. 00h20m - Smoke or bake the bacon & egg cups for about 20 minutes. 00h00m - Enjoy
