Coffee Barbecue Sauce Recipe for Ribs - LeGourmetTV

Coffee? In a BBQ sauce? Yes!! Nothing brings out the full flavour of grilled meat like a little coffee in your BBQ sauce!
Ingredients:
2 cups (500 mL) brewed coffee
1 cup (250 mL) fancy molasses
1/2 cup (125 mL) mango or peach chutney
1/2 cup (125 mL) apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup (125 mL) ketchup
1 tbsp (15 mL) Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp (5 mL) salt
1 tsp (5 mL) chipotle hot sauce
Method:
In a saucepan combine coffee, molasses, chutney, vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and hot sauce; bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for about 15 minutes or until reduced to 3 cups (750 mL).

BBQ cups
Ground beef, about 1-1/2 lbs,
Half an onion diced,
Bell peppers diced,
Salt, pepper
Half bottle or so BBQ sauce,
Grands butter biscuits,
Grated Colby jack cheese.
Brown meat, add veggies, cook until softened, add BBQ sauce, mix thoroughly.
Stretch biscuit dough over muffin tin, add cheese, meat mixture and top with more cheese.
Bake 8-12 minutes based upon biscuit dough instructions.

WW FREESTYLE BBQ BEEF CUPS USING 2 INGREDIENT DOUGH
Making my husband Joey's Grandma's BBQ Beef cups recipe into a WW friendly recipe. I hope you enjoy as much as we did because they turned out great!
1 beef cup is 3 sp / Made 9 cups
2 ingredient dough:
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup non fat greek yogurt (plain)
- 1 tbsp baking powder (for baking)
- salt
Beef Mixture:
lean ground beef ( I ended up using a full 1 cup of mixture to beef cups)
1/2 cup diced onions
7 tbsp of sugar free bbq sauce
1 cup fat free shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup reduce fat shredded cheddar cheese
What to do:
add your yogurt, flour, and salt into a bowl and mix well together, then place some flour on counter and add your dough and start to knead your dough, let sit while you cook your lean beef (about 10 min) start cooking your lean ground beef in a pan once brown add seasonings plus 7tbsp sugar free bbq sauce, and 1/2 cup diced onions, cook together on low for about 10 min.
Now take your cupcake pan and spray them with oil spray, add your dough in each and use a spoon to make a wall and hollow out a dip for the beef mixture this will take some time to be patient, now add your beeg mixture I ended up using just 1 cup of the mixture for all 9 cups, next add your cheese on the top. I mixed fat free cheddar and reduce fat cheddar cheese. Bake on 350 for 15 min or until dough is done you can check with a fork.
NOTE: I do have a gas oven so my time may differ from your stove.
Once done let cool and you can also serve with a side of bbq sauce to dip :) YUM!
