How To make Banana Molasses Muffins
3 ea Bananas; Ripe, Md
1 ea Egg; Large, Unbeaten
2/3 c Sugar
2 tb Light Molasses Or Syrup
2 tb Shortening, Melted
2 c Whole Wheat Flour
1 ts Baking Powder
1 ts Baking Soda
1/2 ts Salt
1 c Walnuts; Chopped, Optional
Mash the bananas until no lumps remain. Add the unbeaten egg, mixing well. Beat in the sugar, molasses and the shortening. (NOTE: The secret of this recipe is to mix the above ingredients well until very smooth.) Sift the flour, baking power, soda, and salt together and add to the liquid mixture. As these are a quick bread, do not beat the dry mixture into the liquid but rather fold it in only until it is moistened and no streaks remain. Spoon the mixture into a muffin tin that has been sprayed with a non-stick coating. Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 to 25 minutes or until done. Serve warm.

Peanut & Banana Caramel Cupcakes with Peanut Brittle | Cupcake Jemma
There are a gazillion things you can do with bananas and peanuts and this is just one of them! They go together like ram-a-lam-a-lamma gad-ing-ga-di-ding-gi-dong!
Recipe -
For the banana caramel...
420g caster sugar
220ml water
200-220g squished banana
180ml double cream
For the Peanut Brittle...
220g caster sugar
4 tbsp water
125g chopped roasted and salted peanuts
15g chopped butter
For the cupcakes...
125g self raising flour
125g caster sugar
135g unsalted butter, soft
1/4 tsp bicarbonate of soda
pinch of salt
75g smooth peanut butter
2 lg eggs
1.5 tbsp whole milk
For the Banana Caramel Buttercream...
200g unsalted butter, soft
330g icing sugar, sifted
1/3 of your banana caramel

Today, I will be sharing with you how to make banana cookies. It's one of my children's favorite snacks. The recipe for these cookies is very simple, without using baking powder, baking soda, sugar, oil & flour, The COOKIES are very healthy and delicious!
1cup=250ml 1/4cup=60ml
Two ripe bananas
The weight of the peeled banana is about 170 grams
Put the bananas in a large bowl and mash them with a fork
Add in 1 cup of quick oats
1/4 cup dried cranberries, chopped
Add dried and chopped cranberries
Mix well
Prepare a large baking pan and line it with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat
Dig a tbsp and put it on the baking tray
This recipe can make 12 small biscuits
Use the back of a spoon to gently press to form a small round shape with a diameter of about 6 cm
Put it in the preheated oven and bake at 175 degrees Celsius or 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes
The taste of this biscuit is slightly chewy on the outside and very soft on the inside
This is a very healthy and simple recipe

1 teaspoon vanilla paste/ vanilla extract
120 g yogurt (1/2 cup)
50 ml vegetable oil(1/5 cup)
1 apple
70 g blueberries(1/2 cup)
100 g rolled oats(1 cup)
7 g baking powder(1/2 tbsp)
bake 20-25 minutes at 180°C/ 360°F

Banana Walnut Cupcakes with Molasses Frosting| Lilybelle Morris
{Makes 12 cupcakes}
Ingredients for cupcakes:
-1 cup flour
-1/2 teaspoon baking soda
-1/2 teaspoon baking powder
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1 stick butter, softened
-1/2 cup sour cream
-1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
-2 large eggs
- 2 large ripe bananas, peeled and mashed
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1) In a medium bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
2) In a separate bowl, Beat butter and sugar. Add spur cream and vanilla extract. Beat in eggs one at a time. Incorporate the dry mixture to the wet mixture until combined.
3) Add bananas and walnuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.
Ingredients for frosting:
-4 ounces
-2 tablespoons butter, softened
-2 tablespoons molasses (I tasted the frosting and I thought there was WAY too much molasses so feel free to minimize this ingredient to your personal opinion)
-2 cups confectioner's sugar
-2 tablespoons whole milk
-1 1/2 tablespoons vanilla extract
1) In a large bowl, mix cream cheese and butter. Add molasses and mix well. Stir in confectioner's sugar, milk, and vanilla extract.
2) Frost cooled cupcakes and garnish with a few walnuts.
