How To make Banana Cinnamon Waffles
1 3/4 C flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
3/4 Tsp cinnamon
1/4 Tsp salt
2 egg whites
whipped
1 1/2 C skim milk :
at room temperature
2/3 C banana mashed
1/2 C applesauce :
at room temperature
Prepare waffle iron with cooking spray and heat up. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt. In another mixing bowl, combine egg whites, milk, banana, and applesauce. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients just until moistened. Pour enough batter to fill two-thirds of the waffle iron. Cook until crisp and golden brown. Set aside. Repeat with remaining batter.

This Healthy Banana Oatmeal Waffles recipe combines the nutritious benefits of oats and bananas with the classic waffle texture. The ingredients include ripe bananas, rolled oats, eggs, milk, baking powder, cinnamon and vanilla extract, which are blended together and then cooked in a waffle iron. INGREDIENTS for 1 serve:
1 ripe banana riper
80 g rolled or old-fashioned oats
30 g coconut milk or milk of choice
1 egg
0.25 tsp vanilla extract
0.25 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
0.5 tbsp olive oil
Recipe:
1. Preheat a waffle maker.
2. Place all the listed ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
3. Place some of the batter into the waffle maker. Bake for a couple of minutes till the waffles are golden brown.
4. Take the waffles out of the waffle maker, place them on the plates and serve them with chopped walnuts, honey and homemade ice cream. Enjoy!
