How To make Banana Bread Iv
1 3/4 c Whole wheat flour
1 1/4 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Baking soda
2/3 c Sugar
1/2 c Applesauce
4 Egg whites
2 tb Skim milk
1 c Mashed ripe bananas
In mixing bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda. In another bowl, combine sugar and applesauce; add egg whites and milk, beating until smooth. Add flour mixture alternately with bananas to applesauce mixture. Bake in Pam-sprayed 9x5x4-inch loaf tin for 60 minutes at 350 degrees. (If desired, bake in smaller pans for less time.) Cool in pan 10 minutes. Remove from pan; place on wire rack. Makes 1 loaf with 0.5 grams/fat per serving.

I have been making this recipe for many years...What I like about the recipe is that what you need is staples you would have in your pantry... So let's get started here is the recipe
Banana Bread
1/4 cup shortening'
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon soda
3 bananas,beaten creamy
____________________________________________________
cream shortening
add salt
add sugar gradually
add eggs one at a time
beating well after each egg
sift flour and soda together
mash bananas with a fork or what ever is easy for you
beat until light
add alternately with sifted dry ingredients ... BUT I DONT
Turn into greased loaf pan your choose
bake 1 hour at 350 maybe a bit longer
depends on your oven
check with a fork or toothpick for doneness
take from oven put on cooling rack

BANANA CAKE
3/4 cup corn or canola oil
3/4 cup dark brown sugar
2 pcs whole eggs
approximately 1 1/2 cups (500 grams) peeled overripe bananas
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup heavy cream
2 teaspoons white vinegar
1 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped (optional)
• Grease with butter or vegetable oil shortening, and line with heatproof parchment paper three pieces 7X3 loaf pans
• Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes, then lower the temperature to 350F, and bake for another 20-30 minutes, or until the top exterior of the cake is almost firm to the touch.
NOTE: If you want to use another size of shape of fan, feel free. Just fill the pan 3/4 full, and bake until the cake is almost firm to the touch.
