Banana Bread Recipe
The very best Banana Bread is so easy to make! This is my absolute favorite recipe for using up overripe bananas, it's soft, moist, and bursting with banana, brown sugar, and cinnamon flavors. Slathered with melted butter it's perfect alongside a hot cup of coffee for breakfast.

Applesauce Banana Bread
Applesauce-Banana Bread Recipe
3 mashed bananas
1 cup granulated sugar
2 cups flour
½ cup applesauce
2 beaten eggs
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon vanilla
Pan spray
9 x 5 pan (loaf pan)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Directions: Mix together mashed bananas, sugar and eggs. Once combined, add remaining ingredients: flour, applesauce, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla. Mix well. Pour mixture into greased loaf pan.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean. Allow to cool 10 minutes before removing from loaf pan.

Healthy Applesauce Banana Bread w/ cane sugar, applesauce & maple syrup - make this in under 10 Minutes

Banana Bread Recipe from Karen Singbeil:
3 to 4 mashed bananas
2 eggs
1 tsp sea salt
1 3/4 c. whole wheat flour
1/4 c. cane sugar (you can use white, brown, if you like and 1/2 cup of total sugar if you aren't using maple syrup)
1/4 c. Maple Syrup
2 tsp Vanilla
1 1/2 tsp Baking soda
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1/4 Cup Unsweetened applesauce
2 tsp cinnamon
Mash Bananas and throw everything else in and mix , coat pan with non stick spray , coconut oil or butter.
Bake in Pre-Heated oven 350F for 45 min to 1 hour depends on your oven stick in tooth pick or knife and when it comes out clean it is done.
**If it starts browning too much put a sheet a tin foil on and finish baking.
As of September 2018 I have been on Keto and have made a delicious keto friendly banana bread recipe like this but honestly tastes even better imho if you look in my KETO playlists for bakery recipes.
