5 Tablespoons olive oil
1 Large Eggplant
Peeled & Cubed
2 Medium onions :
chopped fine
4 Large garlic cloves minced
1/4 Teaspoon dried hot red pepper flakes
1 red bell pepper :
1/2-inch pieces
1 yellow bell pepper -- 1/2-inch pieces
1 green bell pepper -- 1/2-inch pieces
1 Pound ripe tomatoes -- chopped fine
1 Cup Cooked Chick-Peas (Or Canned) -- Rinse & Drain Canned
2/3 Cup fresh basil leaves-packed -- chopped
2/3 Cup fresh parsley leaves-packed chopped
1/4 Teaspoon ground allspice
Freshly Ground Black Pepper :
To Taste Cheese Custard 1/2 Stick Unsalted Butter (1/4 Cup)
1/3 Cup all-purpose flour
2 Cups milk
1/2 Cup freshly Parmesan -- about 2 ounces
3 Large egg yolks
Make ratatouille: 1 Large can Tomatoes can be substituted for ripe tomatoes. I n a 12-inch non-stick skillet heat 2 tablespoons oil over moderate heat until h ot but not smoking and cook half of eggplant, stirring frequently, until golden brown and tender, about 6 minutes. Transfer cooked eggplant to a 2- to 2 1/2-q
uart gratin dish or other shallow baking dish. Cook remaining eggplant in 2 tab lespoons oil in same manner and add to dish. In skillet cook onions, garlic, a nd red pepper flakes in remaining tablespoon oil over moderately low heat, stir ring, until onions are softened. Add bell peppers and cook over moderate heat, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 8 minutes. Stir in remaining ratatou ille ingredients and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. 찌~인한 초콜릿 케이크를 만들어봤어요 ~^-^
영화에서 나왔던 꾸덕꾸덕하고 찐한 초코크림의 느낌을 살리기 위해서 두번 정도 크림을 만들어봤어요~!
내츄럴한 크림 바르기 ㅋㅋㅋ 전 아이싱에 자신없는 1인인데
영화에서 나왔던 케이크가 내츄럴해서 넘 좋았어요 ~(헤헿)
맛과 식감은 들어가는 재료만큼 무겁고 찐하고 달달하고 꾸덕한 초콜릿 케이크에요 ~ 은근 이런 느낌 살리기 힘들더라구요 (레시피가 있었으면 쉬웠겠지만 ㅠㅠ..)
마틸다에서 나왔던 초코 케이크는 Devil's food cake 라는 무시무시한 이름의 케이크래요 ~^-^ 재료보면 악마의 음식 같긴하죠?? ㅎㅎ

★ 좀 더 자세한 설명 ★
※ High No.2 Cake Pan
높은 2호 원형 케이크 틀
+ Chocolate cake sheet 초코 케이크 시트 +
Dark chocolate 다크 초콜릿 225g / Sugar 설탕 150g / Egg 달걀 6 / Butter 버터 175g / Cake flour (Or all-purpose flour) 박력분 60g (또는 중력분)
+ Chocolate cream 초코 크림 +
Dark chocolate 다크 초콜릿 300g / Cocoa powder 코코아 가루 30g / Heavy cream (sweetened) 가당 생크림 300g
*Unsweetened Heavy cream ▶ (+) Sugar 30g
무가당 생크림 ▶ (+) 설탕 30g
1/ 초콜릿 + 버터를 중탕으로 녹여주세요 ~
2/ 녹인 초콜릿에 설탕 반절 + 박력분(또는 중력분) + 계란 노른자를
3~5분가량 충분히 믹싱해주세요 ~
3/ 흰자는 따로 머랭을 올리고 (뿔이 설 정도로) , 본 반죽에 2~3번 나눠 넣으며 부드럽게 섞어주세요~
4/ 부풀어 오르니 유산지를 높게 잘라 두루고, 팬에 부어준 후, 2~3번 탕탕 쳐서 공기를 빼주세요
5/ 150도에서 30분 , 170도에서 20분 구워주세요 ~
(꼬치 테스트를 해보며 시간을 조절해주세요~!)
6/ 케이크 시트를 충분히 식혀주세요 ~
7/ 부드럽게 올린 생크림에 녹인 다크 초콜릿 + 코코아 가루를 넣고,
꾸덕꾸덕 해질 때까지 골고루 섞어주면 크림 완성 !
8/ 초코크림을 내츄럴하게 아이싱 해주면 악마의 음식 ~

귀여운 병아리 연유 모닝빵을 만들어봤어요 ~ ^-^*
이건 제가 창작한 요리는 아니고, 구독자 '김*희' 님의 신청으로 만들어봤어요 ~^-^*
저도 예전에 인터넷으로 사진을 본 적이 있어서 귀엽다 ~! 하고 말았던것을 '김*희' 님께서 신청하셔서 한번 만들어 봤답니다 ~
실제로 판매도 하고 있다고 하네요~ ^-^
저는 사진만 봤던 터라 레시피는 기본 우유식빵 레시피를 토대로 제식대로 만들어봤어요 ~^-^*
신청자 '김*희' 님의 요청은 연유모닝빵이라 하셨으니 ~
연유를 듬뿍 넣어봤어요 ~ 연유향이 솔솔 난답니다 ~ ^-^*
연유가 없으신 분들은 설탕을 30g 정도 넣어주시면 될 것 같아요 ~^-^
또 한가지 고민 !
하얀색이 특징인 이 모닝빵을 어떻게 만들까~
고민을 해본 결과 오븐 온도를 조정해봤어요~
보통 모닝빵은 180도에서 노릇하게 굽는데, 저는 150도 낮은 온도에서 은근하게 구워봤어요 ~ 결과는 성공~^-^*
( 키포인트는 180도에서 15분간 충분히 예열한 상태의 오븐에서 구워주셔야 속까지 잘 익는답니다 ~^-^* )
고소한 우유와 함께 먹으면 찰떡궁합인 병아리 연유 모닝빵~*
( 그런데 약간 오리 같기도 하지 않나요 ~?? 하핳핳~ )
맛있게 구우셔서 선물도 하고 가족분들과 행복한 식사 하세요 ~^-^*
★ 좀 더 자세한 설명 ★
Square pan No. 1 정사각형 1호팬 [Diameter : 14.5cm]
Strong flour 강력분 200g / Milk 우유 120g / Condensed milk 연유 70g / Butter 버터 35g / Instant dry yeast 인스턴트 드라이 이스트 4g / Salt
소금 3g / Canned corn 통조림 옥수수
1/ 우유 + 연유 = 전자렌지 30초
( Milk + Condensed milk = In microwave oven 30 seconds. )
2/ 강력분 + 소금 + 드라이 이스트 + 버터 + 우유 혼합물 = 반죽 15~20분
( Strong flour + Salt + Yeast + Butter + Milk mixture = Knead dough 15~20 minutes )
3/ (랩 씌운 후 숨구멍내주기) 1시간동안 1차 발효
( Ferment for 1 hours in warm place or oven. (First fermentation) )
4/ 반죽속 가스 빼준 후 9개로 분할 ㅡ 15분 중간 발효
( Punching and Divide the dough into 9 ㅡFerment for 15 minutes (middle fermentation) )
5/ 팬닝 후 30~40분동안 2차 발효 (최종발효)
( Panning ㅡ Ferment for 30~40 minutes (Second fermentation)
6/ 밀가루 뿌리고 옥수수콘 꽂아주기
( Sift flour ㅡGarnish with Corn)
7/ 180도에서 예열한 후, 150도 오븐에서 18~20분 정도 구워주세요.
( [Preheat : 15 min, 180℃/356℉] Bake for 18~20minutes in 150℃/302℉ oven. )
8/ 눈은 뜨겁게 달군 젓가락으로 지져주세요 ~ ( 열심히 찍고나니 녹화가 안되었어요 ㅠㅠㅠ )

Today we're making creme brûlée from scratch, pork normandy, and stuffed chicken breast with spinach and brie.
What you'll need:
15 egg yolks
1.5 qt heavy whipping cream
½ qt milk
1.5 cups sugar
3 tsp vanilla (the REAL stuff!!)
3 lbs Pork tenderloin
1 pinch parsley, chopped
1/8 cup molasses
1/8 cup maple syrup, pure
5 cloves roasted Garlic, smashed
2 tbsp LOCAL honey
1 tbsp Herbes de Provence
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp olive oil

I baked Strawberry Eclairs for April LG DIOS OVEN video at the end of spring season 2016 ~*
I've baked cream puffs in the first LG video, I baked Eclairs which is a kind of cream puff this time.
Eclair means lightning in French, and there are two opinions about the origin of its name.
One is that it originated in the way people eat. People eat it with lightning speed because it's very tasty.
The second opinion is that it originated in its shape.
Same recipe as cream puff, just pipe an elongated shape and put cream in you like.^^
I followed cream puff recipe from the recipe book by'KimYoungMo' for pastry, and referred to the photos from internet websites for the shape.
Custard cream recipe is from my video titled 'How to make custard cream with a microwave'.
Follow the recipe in twice then you will have a just nice custard cream.
If you microwave too much cream at a time, the result could be unsuccessful.
So please do the recipe using milk 200ml in twice.
If you are using unsweetened heavy cream, add 10g of sugar per heavy cream 100g.
(I used sweetened heavy cream, so I didn't add sugar in the cream.)
Cream puff dough is the most difficult part, so if you are well-done with cream puff dough, the rest will be really easy~^^
You can cut in half and decorate inside like i did, or you can fill it in with cream without cutting and decorate the top.
Strawberries decoration looks nice in either directions~^^
I bet you mustn't be able to stop gulping down this fresh sweet strawberry eclairs^^

★ Recipe ★ Eclairs 12~14
● Eclairs paste
Strawberry / All purpose flour 60g / Water 50ml / Milk 50ml / Sugar 3g / Salt 1g / Butter 40g / Egg 2~ / Sliced coconut / Vanilla essence / Tip [ No.806 ] (Diameter : 1.3 cm)
1. Combine the water, milk, sugar, salt, and butter in a saucepan, heat until it boil. once it boils, remove from the heat.
2. Tip in all the flour to the pot and mix together. Bring the mixture to the heat and let the water evaporated (until you see white coating on the bottom of the pot).
3. Put the dough back on the heat and beat the eggs into the dough in few times.
(Beat the eggs in a bowl until combined before you beat it into the dough, add the beaten egg into the dough gradually and check the texture of dough)
(The dough should be stuck to the paddle in a triangular form and its surface should be smooth)
4. Spoon the pastry into a piping bag fitted with a tip [ No.806 ] (Diameter : 1.3 cm). Pipe an elongated shape and sprinkle sliced coconut enough.
5. Spray the water on the pastry sufficiently, bake in the pre-heated 190℃ oven for 22~25minutes.
● Microwave Custard cream
Milk 200ml / Flour 10g / Sugar 40g / Yolk 2 / Vanilla essence /
* Custard recipe X 2
* Pleas make custard cream with following this recipe in twice. If you try to make it at one time with double amount it will get burned.
+ Sweeten heavy cream 200ml
(*Unsweetened heavy cream : add sugar 20g)
1. Combine the flour, sugar, yolk and vanilla essence and whisk it well to not have tiny lumps. Add milk into the mixture gradually stirring it
2. Microwave -
1300w - After 2 minutes of microwaring, stir it and microwave another 2 minutes.
700w - Microwave 2 times for 2 minutes 30 seconds at a time.
(If you nuke it for 4~5minutes at a time, egg will be boiled. You should stir it between two times of microwaving.)
