How to Make Finnish Pancakes | Oven Pancakes | Oven-Baked Pancake | RECIPE

Mixing Pancakes the Perfect Amount
Pancakes (yield: 1 dozen pancakes)
2 c (280g) AP flour
1/4 c (50g) maple sugar
1 tbsp (12g) baking powder
1/2 tsp (3g) baking soda
1/2 tsp (3g) fine salt
1.5 c (341g) milk
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 oz (57g) melted butter or vegetable oil
1. Mix all the dry ingredients together in a bowl.
2. In a separate container, whisk together the milk, eggs, and vanilla. Add in the melted butter or oil.
3. Combine the dry and wet ingredients and mix just until you can't see dry flour (there will be some lumps).
4. Scoop onto a lightly greased griddle, cook until the bottom is golden, flip, and cook until golden again.
Orange Pancakes | How to Make Orange Pancakes | Recipe Book | The Foodie
A simple but delectable breakfast recipe which is a staple in the west, pancakes have become popular in India as well. Orange pancakes have a vibrant orange flavour from the fresh orange slices. These pancakes are a must-have!
Ingredients Required to Make Orange Pancakes
4 Orange Slices
1 1/2 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
1 Egg
1/2 tsp Salt
1 cup Milk
1 tbsp Melted Butter
1 cup Maida
1 tsp Baking Powder
2 drops Orange Emulsion
Butter
Orange Syrup
Method to Make Orange Pancakes -
1. In a pan, pour water and add sugar to it.
2. Place the orange slices in the water and boil it for 5-10 mins.
3. In a bowl, crack an egg, add salt, milk, melted butter and maida to it.
4. Mix it well till it becomes a smooth mixture.
5. Add 2 drops of orange emulsion in the mixture.
6. In a pan, put some butter and pour the batter.
7. Flip it when one side cooks properly.
8. When cooked, place it on a plate.
9. Pour orange syrup on top and serve.
