How To make Baked Key Lime Pie
1 can Sweetened condensed milk
4 Egg yolks
1/3 To 1/2 cup bottled key lime
1 Unbaked 9" graham cracker pi
Whipped cream for garnish
This is mighty tasty and quite easy to make: Pre-heat oven to 325`F. In a medium-sized bowl, mix together sweetened con. milk and egg yolks until well-blended.Slowly stir in the lime juice ( for more tart flavor, use 1/2 cup juice), stirring gently just until blended. Pour into pie crust and bake for 10 minutes.Allow to cool at room temperature, then chill before serving. Top with whip cream, if desired...I think it's best with the whipped cream. Note: This recipe leaves room in the crust for whipped cream. If more filling is desired, increase the filling proportions by 1/2.

My Favorite Key Lime Pie Recipe | Home Movies with Alison Roman
KEY! LIME! PIE! A pie with no season, a timeless pie, my personal favorite pie. If pressed to think of a more perfect dessert, I simply could not. While most key lime pies defer to sweetness over tanginess, this one is decidedly “limey”, which is its best asset, IMO (it was once described by one person as “too limey”, but I dismissed this critique and absorbed it as a compliment!). It is also vaguely tropical (thank you, coconut oil in the crust), has a very healthy ratio of crust to filling, and is topped with a tangy (+1 more tanginess) whipped yogurt/cream combo.
I should also mention that while you could choose to use both a food processor (crust) and a hand/stand mixer (filling/topping) for this pie, I am pleased to report you don’t need either to properly execute this perfect food.

10 in graham cracker crust
Pint of whipping cream
8 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 cup lime juice
14 oz can of condensed milk
Chill in the refrigerator at least 3 hours. To change the flavor from key lime pie to lemon ????pie. Just change the lime juice to lemon juice.

1 1/2 cups Graham cracker crumbs

6 T. melted butter
makes a 9 to 9.5 Pie
2 14 oz. cans sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup sour cream
3/4 cup Key Lime juice
zest of one Lime
3 egg yolks
8 oz. heavy whipping cream
1/4 to 1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 t. vanilla
375 for crust 5 min.
350 for Pie 10 min.
8 inch Pie recipe
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup Key Lime juice
2 egg yolks
zest
1 cup Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup sugar
4 T. melted butter
makes 8 inch pie
Cook crust 5 min
Cook Pie 7 min
or till no longer jiggly
