Baked Chili Chicken
Baked chili chicken is a delightful combination of chicken and spices, and it's super simple to make. It only requires a few ingredients such as soy sauce, crushed garlic, brown sugar, olive oil, pepper, and chili flakes. You can vary the amount of the ingredients according to your liking, but I find what we have suggested in the recipes is a perfect blend. One tablespoon of chili flakes seems like a lot. Baked Chili and Biscuits | Delish
When you want a hearty dinner but don't want to spend all night in the kitchen.
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 375°.
2. In a medium ovenproof skillet over, heat olive oil over medium. Add onion and cook until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute more. Add ground beef, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon, and cook until no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Drain fat.
3. Return skillet to medium heat. Stir in kidney beans, cumin and paprika then season beef mixture with salt and pepper. Add fire-roasted tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the flavors have melded.
4. Meanwhile, make biscuit topping: Cut each biscuit round in half and roll each half into a ball. In a small bowl, combine butter, garlic powder and parsley and whisk until combined. Dunk each biscuit ball in the butter mixture then place on top of the chili in the skillet.
5. Bake chili and biscuits in skillet until the biscuits are golden and cooked through, about 30 minutes. (If the tops of the biscuits are browning too quickly, cover the pan with foil.) Let cool slightly, for about 10 minutes, before serving.

1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. kidney beans, drained
1 tbsp. cumin
1 tbsp. paprika
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1 (15-oz) can fire-roasted tomatoes
1 (8-oz) can tomato sauce
1 tube refrigerated biscuit dough
1/4 c. unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. chopped parsley

How to Make the Best Chili Ever
This hearty, meaty chili will fill up the hungriest of appetites. This recipe makes a big ole batch of chili. This recipes contains 4 lbs of meat! 3 lbs of ground meat and 1 lb of chuck roast or stew meat. I love this recipe with venison instead of beef as well. Any combo of meats works but having plenty of ground meat plus some large chunky meat that will break down and get super tender during a 6-8 hour cook is the best.

This recipe will require a large slow cooker or dutch oven. It has a medium spiciness level. You can adjust that by adding more or less chili seasoning.

Baked Chili Beans and Rice ~ Easy Cooking
In this easy cooking video, I cook some rice and chili beans in my toaster oven. The ingredients I used in this easy recipe are 1 cup of Jasmine rice, 2 cups of water, 15 oz of canned chili beans, and salt and Johnny's Seasoned Pepper to taste. The cooking time was 25 minutes in a 450 degree F oven. I also sprinkled on some shredded cheddar jack cheese at the end.
