How To make Bahama Fried Fish
3 lb Fresh fish fillets
Lemon pepper Garlic salt 1 c Pancake mix
1 c Italian bread crumbs
1/4 c Water
1 Egg -- beaten
Peanut oil
Preheat electric skillet to 350 degrees. Cut fish in bite-sized pieces. Lightly sprinkle with lemon pepper and garlic salt. Combine pancake mix and bread crumbs in a paper bag. Dip fish in water and egg mixture. Shake fish in bag to coat with crumbs. Fry in oil for 7 minutes, or until golden brown, turning once. Serve

How to fry fish (Bahamian fried snapper)
Hello Homemakers, this video shows my recipe/method of cooking fried snapper. I hope you find this recipe easy to follow and hard to stop eating!
Seasoning Paste Ingredients:
1tbsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp fish seasoning
1 tsp mrs dash seasoning
1/2 lime
Mix ingredients together well to create a paste. Please, adjust seasoning to your liking!

Ingredients
11 to 12 Jack Fish (cleaned)
2 lg. Limes
Salt (lightly sprinkled)
Pepper Flakes (lightly sprinkled)
1/4 med. Onion (sliced)
1 Celery Stalk (cut up)
Garlic Salt (lightly sprinkled)
*Allow to rest for overnight or a hour minimum. If allowing overnight seasoning, sprinkle salt lightly.
Seasoned Flour
2 cups All Purpose Flour
1 tbsp. Parsley Flakes
1/4 tsp. Sugar
Green Peas N' Rice
4 lbs Rice
4 tbsp. Oil
1/2 med. Onion
1/2 med. Bell Pepper
1 1/2 Celery Stalks
2 Garlic Cloves
2 Ripe Tomatoes
2 tbsp. Thyme
2 tbsp. Browning
4 cups Water
Salt (to taste)
1 tbsp. Red Pepper Flakes
1 tsp. Garlic Salt
Cole Slaw
Cabbage
Carrots
Apple (peeled)
Mayonnaise
