Fish Balls Recipe is a very simple yet very delicious and healthy recipe. In this video we have done this Fish balls recipe in indian style.
As in this fish balls recipe we have not used potato, we get the original flavour. This recipe would be a change to the normal fish fry recipes we do. This fish balls recipe can be done under 15 mins incase you have the boiled fish in hand. Fish ball recipe is a best starter and will be liked by even non fish eaters.
Ingredients
Fish - 300g approx Boiled with turmeric and crumbled
Garlic - 1 Tsp
Green chillies - 1 Tsp
Onion - 1 medium
Fennel Seeds - 1/2 Tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 Tsp
Chilli powder - 1/2 Tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 Tsp
Garam Masala - 1 Tsp
Egg white - 1
Breadcrumbs to coat
Salt to taste
Oil

FISH BALLS
INGREDIENTS:
1 big size mackerel fish or galunggong (Any kind of edible fish will do)
1 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
3 tbsp sugar
1 medium-size onion (chopped)
4 cloves garlic (minced)
2 tbsp spring onion (chopped)
100 ml water (6 tbsp)
1 egg
1 tsp white pepper powder (or black pepper powder)
FOR FISH BALL SAUCE:
1 tbsp butter
1 small-size onion (chopeed)
4 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 cup water
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp brown sugar
2 bird's eye chili (chopped), or chili flakes (this is optional)
1 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch (dissolve in 1 tbsp water)
NOTE: Hindi nyo na kailangan pang ilagay sa ref pwede nyo sya deretsong lutuin ang rason kaya ko sya nilagay sa ref para mag firm at madali lang sya pormahing bilog. Kung gusto nyo namang ilagay sa freezer para may stock kayo, Magpakulo lang kayo ng tubig tas lagay nyo ang bawat nabilog nyo hanggang sa lumotang at i drain nyo tapos pwede na ilagay sa ziplock bag tapos ilagay sa freezer kuha nalang pag gustong magprito. Easy Fish Ball Recipe | How to Make Fish Balls
Fish ball is a crispy fried fish recipe. Fish balls are very easy to make at home. Homemade fish balls are healthy and can be eaten as snacks with sauce.

Fish ball ingredients
500 grams mackerel (fish fillet )
1 cup cornstarch
1/2 cup all purpose flour
3 tbsp. chopped spring onion
1 small chopped onion
3 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp. of sugar
1 tsp. of salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/3 cup water (add more if needed)
Dash of black pepper
Fish ball sauce ingredients :
1 cup water
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 small chopped onion
2 gloves chopped garlic
Chili (optional)
1 tbsp. dark soy sauce
How to make fishball
Boil fish mackerel over medium heat until tender.
Once done, set aside to cool down.
Once cooled down, shred and remove the fish bones.
In a bowl mix together cornstarch, all purpose flour, onion, garlic, spring, onion, fish, salt, sugar, baking powder, black pepper and water. Make a dough.
Heat oil in the deep pan or pot for deep frying.
Using 2 spoons, scoop fish ball dough on one spoon and try to shape it into ball using other spoon or simply make a ball on your palm.
Fry until golden brown. Serve hot with dip of your choice.
How to make fish ball sauce :
Put 2 tbsp. of cornstarch, water, sugar, salt, sugar, onion, garlic, chili and dark soy sauce. Stir and let it simmer until the sauce become thick. Transfer the sauce into a jar and let it cool down.
