How To make Babe's Apple Cakes
2 c Whole wheat flour
14 c Toasted wheat germ
2 ts Baking soda
1 ts Cinnamon
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Nutmeg
4 Tart cooking apples
1 c Sugar
1 c Brown sugar
1/2 c Vegetable oil
1 c Walnuts; chopped
2 Eggs; well beaten
1 ts Vanilla
STIR TOGETHER FLOUR, WHEAT GERM, SODA, CINNAMON, SALT AND NUTMEG; SET ASIDE IN LARGE BOWL, COMBINE APPLES, SUGARS, OIL, WALNUTS, EGGS AND VANILLA. ADD FLOUR MIXTURE; STIR GENTLY WITH WOKEN SPOON TO BLEND WELL. TURN INTO GREASE 13X9 IN BAKING PAN. BAKE IN PREHEATED 350F OVEN 50 MINUTES OF UNTIL CAKE
PULLS AWAY FROM SIDES OF PAN. COOL IN PAN ON RACK. IF DESIRED, SPRINKLE WITH SIFTED CONFECTIONERS' SUGAR. CUT IN 12 BARS. -----

Jabolčna torta/ Torta od jabuka / Apple cake
2 velike ali 3 manjše jajce ( jaz sem dala 3 manjše jajce)
150 g moke
3 jabolke
100 g mletih keksov
70 g rjavega sladkorja
1 vanili sladkor
1 limonin sladkor
40 g otopljenega masla ali 40 ml olja
1 pecilni prašek
sladkor + vanili sladkor za posip
Najprej olupite 2 jabolke in jih narežite na male kocke.Potem zmešajte suhe sestavine kot vam kaže video nato dodajte jabolka, jajca in maslo vse skupaj zedinite in potem še olupite drugo jabolko in jo narežite na krhlje. Biskvit z jabolki presipajte v tortni pekač ( premer 24 cm) ga lepo porazdelite in na vrh biskvita zložite jabolko, ki ste jo narezali na krhlje, po vrhu posipajte sladkor in pecite na 180* 40 do 45 minut odvisno od vaše pečice. Ohlajeno torto lahko postrežete z vanilijevo kremo ali sladoledom ( moj sladoled je domač).

Caramel Apple upside down cake recipe #shorts
Delicious sugar fruit bakes into a buttery, vanilla-scented apple upside-down cake, creating the most mouthwatering dessert
Cake:
250 g flour
200 g sugar
150 g butter
100 g plain yogurt
15 g baking powder
4 g salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
Zest of 1 lemon
3 eggs
Apples:& glaze:
4 apples
150 g sugar
2 tbsp water
Line the bottom of a 9-inch cake pan with parchment paper and line the apples wedges
In a large pan blend the sugar and water, cook on medium heat until an amber caramel forms. Pour immediately the caramel over the apples wedges.
In a bowl, whisk the flour with the sugar, baking powder, lemon zest and salt. In a small bowl, mix the eggs with the yogurt and vanilla. Add the mixture to the dry ingredients along with the melted butter and whisk until smooth.
Scrape the batter over the apples and spread evenly.
Bake the cake at 180 °C until golden and springy and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, about 35/40 minutes.
