How To make Auntie Babe's Cheese Cake
CRUST:
1 2/3 c Graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 ts Cinnamon
2 tb Sugar
6 tb Butter; melted
FILLING:
1 c Sugar
3 Eggs; beaten well
24 oz Cream cheese; softened
1/2 ts Vanilla
TOPPING:
1 pt Sour cream
3 tb Sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla
Combine crust ingredients and pat into bottom and sides of pan. Beat cream cheese thoroughly; add sugar gradually; add eggs in thirds; add vanilla; pour into prepared pan. Bake at 375 for 25 minutes; remove from oven and add topping. To prepare topping, whip sour cream; add sugar and vanilla, and pour over cake. continue baking at 500 for 5 minutes. Important - chill at LEAST 24 hours.

Hi Guys! This is one of my favorite Desert Recipe! Hope you like it!
Stir all these ingredients together:
16 ounces of Cream Cheese
1/2 cup of sour cream
3/4 cup of sugar
3 TBS of flower
1 TBS of Vanilla
CRUST
Graham Cracker Crust
Toppings
Strawberry, Blueberries, Blackberries, and Powder Sugar

So I have found a new hobby during quarantine.....Baking!!! I decided to give Stove Top Kisses Red Velvet Cheesecake Cake recipe a try. This has a lot of steps!!!!! But it was fun to try. Don't get me wrong I made mistakes (you will see) but it was worth it the fam loved this cake.
Ingredients:
Red Velvet-Ingredients:
wet ingredients- MIX IN A SEPARATE BOWL
1 1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 /1 2 cup buttermilk ( room temp)
2 eggs ( room temp)
1 1/2 tsp red food coloring
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tbs vanilla extract
DRY ingredients: MIX IN A LARGE SEPARATE BOWL *
2 1/2 cup cake flour ( sifting is optional )
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tbs cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups white sugar
* Note.. please mix the wet ingredients together first in a separate bowl .. then add ALL OF THE DRY INGREDIENTS*
BAKE CAKE LAYERS FOR 22- 28 MINS OR UNTIL TOOTHPICK COMES OUT CLEAN ONCE INSERTED..
FOR THE ICING-
1 block soften cream cheese
1 stick soften butter
3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
you will also need-
chopped pecans - (I used 2 bags)
saran wrap or plastic wrap
2 cake pans ( 9 inch )
non stick spray such as bakers joy or pam
measuring cup (1 cup)
Cheesecake:
9 inch Spring form pan
measuring cups and spoons
hand mixer
large bowls
parchment paper
scissors
INGREDIENTS
To make the cheesecake :
* if you would like to Make two cheesecake please double the recipe*
3 blocks soften cream cheese
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
splash of vanilla extract
1 tablespoon of cake flour

THIS IS THE ONE YOU HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR!
This is the recipe that launched it all and it comes courtesy of
Last year Marwah memorized the recipe from Natasha's YouTube channel and since then has been in love with both Auntie Natasha and Tiramisu Cake.
We just HAD to do Marwah's version of it! So here it is!

RECIPE DETAILS
*For the sponge cake:
-6 large eggs
-1 cup of granulated sugar
-1 cup all-purpose flour
-1 tsp vanilla
-Beat eggs and sugar until tripled in volume.
-Sift in the flour in 2 additions, folding gently.
-Add the vanilla
-Pour into a buttered and lined springform pan.
-Bake at 350F until golden brown (~30min)
-Remove from pan and cool completely. Cut in half.
*For the frosting
-1 1/2 cups whipping cream
-1 package of cream cheese, softened
-1/2 cup granulated sugar
-Whip cream until stiff then refrigerate.
-Whip cream cheese with sugar until smooth and fluffy.
-Gently fold in the whipped cream and refrigerate until needed.
*For the syrup
-1 1/2 cups strong coffee (USE THE GOOD STUFF!)
-1 tbsp sugar (or to taste)
-Vanilla (optional)
-Mix all these ingredients while the coffee is hot.
ASSEMBLY
- Brush half the coffee syrup over the bottom half of the cake.
-Spread 1/3 of frosting over this layer. Top with second half of cake.
-Brush with remaining coffee.
-Frost the top and sides of the cake or however you desire.
-Dust it with cocoa powder TO MAKE IT EXTRA DELICIOUS!
Keep refrigerated, lightly covered with plastic wrap.
