2 c Sugar
Peel of 1/2 medium-sized ora -nge - ground fine Few drops lemon juice Granluated sugar Mix ingredients well & boil about 10 minutes, sitring constantly to prevent burning. Spread on large platter and chill overnight or for several hours, as it is much easier to roll when cold. Shape into balls and roll in granulated sugar. Good day! Great healthy snack today. Only 3 ingredients and 5 minutes of cooking and the apricot balls are ready)))
INGREDIENTS:
70g whole blanched almonds (without skins)
150g dried apricot
40g rolled-oats
30g unsweetened shredded coconut
COOKING METHOD:
1. Grind the almonds in a bowl of a kitchen processor (not long so as not to turn them into a paste). Add dried apricots and rolled-oats, chop.
2. Form the mixture into balls. Roll them in shredded coconut.
