Best bread I've ever made! Oatmeal bread with applesauce.
Best bread I've ever made! No mixer and no kneading! It's a delicious bread for breakfast. Easy homemade bread recipe. Your whole family will love it and ask for this homemade bread recipe.
1 cup (200g) sugar
2 large eggs
½ cup (100g) vegetable oil
1 ½ tsp vanilla
1 ½ cup (200g) all purpose flour
¼ tsp baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup (45g) rolled oats (oatmeal)
¾ cup (190g) applesauce
½ cup (60g) walnuts
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Lightly grease a 9 x 5 (23 X13 cm) loaf pan
In large bowl, mix together sugar, eggs, oil, and vanilla extract.
Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, spices and salt into large bowl.
Add oats, applesauce, and walnuts.
Stir until combined.
Pour mixture into pan.
Add a few rolled oats.
Bake for 45 -60 minutes.
Remove bread from the oven and cool completely before eating (in my case I bake it when no one is home so the cake (loaf) has a chance to cool!

Ingredients:
1 cup oats
1 mashed banana
3 eggs
3/4 cup applesauce
1 cup shredded coconut
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla
Method:
This has to me one of the easiest recipes ever.
1) Mix everything in a bowl,
2) pour the batter into a lined baking pan
3) bake for 45 mins on 170 degrees
4) leave to cool, then slice and serve
