How To make Apple Pound Cake
2 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Nutmeg
1/2 c Oil
2 c Sugar
3 Eggs
2 ts Vanilla
2 c Apples; finely chopped
1/2 c Raisins
1 c Pecans; chopped
flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg. With mixer at medium speed, beat together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture, beating until smooth. Fold in apples, pecans and raisins. Pour into greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. INGREDIENTS I USED:
Bake in oven preheated to 325 degrees for 1 hour 15-20 mins. (Depends on your oven)
3 Cups Cake Flour
3 Sticks of Butter (Room Temperature)
3 Cups Sugar
5 Eggs (Room Temperature)
1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1/4 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Nutmeg
1 Cup Milk (Room Temperature)
1 Tablespoon of Pure Vanilla Extract
1 Tsp Cream Bouquet
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar & 1 Tsp Cinnamon to dust cake pan and add to top of apple pie filling and batter.
APPLE FILLING:
4 Granny Smith Apples
1/2 C Brown Sugar or more to your preferred taste
1 Tsp Cinnamon or more to your preferred taste
1 Tablespoon Butter
Dash of salt
FOR GLAZE I USED:
Powdered Sugar
Water

파운드케이크에는 초가을에 나오는 사과종류보다는
부사를 추천드립니다.
당도가 높고 단단해 베이킹용으로 적합해요

- 재료
무염버터 68g / 설탕 85g / 소금 약간 / 달걀 77g
박력분 68g / 아몬드파우더 27g / 베이킹파우더 2g
사과조림 / 생크림 18g
● 사과조림
사과 1/2 개 / 무염버터 5g
설탕 10g / 시나몬파우더 0.2g / 레몬즙 2g
- 순서
1. 실온의 버터를 균일한 상태로 풀어줍니다
2. 설탕과 소금을 3번에 나누어 넣으며 휘핑합니다
3. 색이 밝아지고 부피가 커지면 실온의 달걀을 5~6번 정도 나누어 넣으며 휘핑해줍니다. 이전 달걀이 완벽히 섞인 후 다음 달걀을 넣어야 하며 분리가 일어날 시 밀가루의 1/3을 먼저 넣어 분리된 수분를 잡아준 후 나머지 달걀을 넣을 수 있습니다.
4. 가루를 넣고 섞어줍니다.
5. 사과조림과 실온의 생크림을 넣고 섞어준 후 팬닝합니다.
6. 중심부가 낮아지도록 정리후 165도 오븐에서 25분간 구워냅니다.
*사과조림
1. 사과반개의 껍질을 벗긴 후 깍뚝썰어줍니다.
2. 달군 냄비에 버터를 녹여준 후 사과를 넣고 볶아줍니다.
3. 사과가 살짝 투명해지면 설탕과 시나몬파우더를 넣고 수분이 없어질때까지 조려줍니다.
4. 불을 끄고 레몬즙을 추가한 후 식혀 사용합니다.

Caramel Apple Cake

Ingredients
Cake:
Nonstick cooking spray or unsalted butter, for greasing the pan
3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for the pan
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 medium apples (I used a mix of green and Pink Lady apples)
1 1/2 cups vegetable or canola oil
2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup dark brown sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
3 large eggs
Caramel Sauce:
One 11-ounce package caramels, preferably Kraft Caramels
1/4 cup whole milk
Directions
For the cake: Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Generously grease and flour a 9- or 10-inch Bundt pan.
Mix together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, nutmeg and salt in a medium bowl. Set aside. Peel, core and dice 3 cups apples. Set aside.
Blend the oil, sugars and vanilla in a bowl with a handheld electric mixer or in a stand mixer until well mixed. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in the dry ingredients until just incorporated. The batter will be very thick. Fold in the apple pieces. Spoon the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
Bake the cake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with only a few moist crumbs, about 1 hour 15 minutes. Let cool for 20 to 30 minutes, then remove the cake from the pan to a cooling rack.
For the caramel sauce: Meanwhile, heat the caramels and milk in a saucepan on medium-high heat, stirring constantly, until the caramels are completely melted and the sauce is smooth, about 2 minutes. Let cool for 1 to 2 minutes, then drizzle over the cake just before serving.
