How To make Apple Cinnamon Oat Pancakes
MARTHA WHITE'S SOUTHERN SAMP:
1/2 c Martha White Whole Wheat
-Flour 1/2 c Quick-cooking or old-fashion
-oats 1 tb Sugar
1 ts Baking powder
1/2 ts Cinnamon
1/2 ts Salt
1 Egg
2/3 c Milk
1/2 c Applesauce
2 tb Vegetable oil
1/2 c Chopped walnuts
Stir together flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in mixing bowl. Beat egg in separate bowl; stir in milk, applesauce, and oil. Add liquid mixture to dry ingredients, stirring just until blended. Fold in walnuts. Pour batter onto heated (340) lightly greased skillet or griddle, using about 1/4 cup batter for each pancake. Brown on one side. Turn when tops are covered with bubbles and edges begin to look dry. Brown on other side. ~ :

Ingredients and recipe:
Add 1 cup quick oats to a bowl
Pour in 1cup milk
Mix them together well
Chop 1 apple
Slice the halves
Dice them
Add to the bowl
Add in 1/4tsp ground cinnamon
Mix well
Blend the mix with a hand blender
Medium heat
Melt unsalted butter
Scoop some of the batter in the pan
Fry for 2 minutes
Flip over and fry for 2 minutes
Done!
Repeat

Oatmeal Apple Pancakes Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cup organic oats
1 1/3 cup almond flour
1 cup unsweetened organic apple sauce
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. maple syrup
2 pastured eggs
2 Tbsp. butter, melted
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 organic apple, grated or finely chopped
Water or milk alternative to thin the batter as needed.

Directions: Place the oats in a blender and mix until it turns into a flour. Then add all the other ingredients except the apple. Blend until smooth. Stir in the grated apple.
Heat a large frying pan over medium high heat. Add 1 or 2 teaspoons of olive oil to the pan and swirl the oil. Add a scoop of pancake batter and spread it out if it's thick. Cook until bubbles rise to the surface and the batter looks dry. Flip and cook another few minutes until the second side is golden brown. Place on a warm plate to keep warm. Serve with butter and maple syrup. Enjoy!

Recipe for healthy apple pancakes with yogurt, oats and eggs as main ingredients. There is no oil, butter, no sugar and no flour, and they taste amazing! If I served them to you without telling you what the ingredients are, you would never know that this is a healthy recipe.

Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned oats (82g)
1 cup sugar free vanilla yogurt (245g)
2 eggs
3 tbs egg whites (46g)
8 oz apple (1 large or 2 medium or 3 small apples)
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
zest of half a lemon
