How To make Apple Cake(Snack Cake Mix)

Apple Cake - With Sweetened Condensed Milk - Amazing Texture and Flavor

This cake is simple to put together and condensed milk gives it the hint of caramel flavor that goes so well with apples. Easy and with very few ingredients that most people have on hand. The result was so delicious that the family ate the whole cake before it even had a chance to cool off.

Ingredients:
2-3 apples (cored and sliced)
1 Stick of Butter Melted 4oz/113g (plus 2 tbsp more for buttering pan)
2 eggs
1 can of sweetened condensed milk - 14oz/~400g
3/4 cup of AP flour (can substitute with All Purpose gluten free flour)
1 tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tbsp sugar

Instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 350F/175C
- Butter 9in/20cm baking dish
- Sift together dry ingredients - flour, baking powder, pinch of salt
- Set aside dry ingredients
- Mix well melted butter with condensed milk
- add 2 eggs and whisk until fully blended
- carefully fold dry ingredients into the wet - Don't overmix!!
- pour mixture into baking dish
- arrange your apple slices - the more the tastier!
- sprinkle with sugar - adds a nice crunch
- bake at 350F for 45min, you will know when its done because the middle will firm to touch. Alternatively, you can test if its done by inserting a toothpick and seeing if it comes out dry.

Ingredients for making cinnamon apple cake:
Cake batter:
1 honey crisp apple
3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
1 tsp (2g) cinnamon
1/2 cup (120ml) vegetable oil
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 cup (120ml) greek yogurt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 and 1/2 cups (210g) all-purpose flour
2 tsp (10g) baking powder
1/2 tsp (3g) baking soda

Cinnamon topping:
1/4 cup (55g) brown sugar
1 tsp (2g) cinnamon
1 tbsp (14g) melted butter

Bake at 350F (180C) for 30-35 minutes
