How To make Double Chocolate Snack Cake
1 2/3 c All-purpose flour
1 c Packed light brown sugar
1/4 c Hershey's cocoa
1 ts Baking soda
1/4 ts Salt
1 c Water
1/3 c Vegetable oil
1 ts Vinegar
3/4 ts Vanilla extract
1/2 c Hershey's Semi-Sweet
-chocolate chips DOUBLE CHOCOLATE SNACK CAKE Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour square pan, 8 x 8 x 2 inches. In small mixing bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, baking soda and salt. Add water, oil, vinegar, and vanilla; beat until smooth. Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle chocolate chips over top. Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into squares. Makes 6 to 8 servings. VARIATION: Chocolate Banana Snack Cake: Decrease water to 1/2 cup; stir in 1/2 cup mashed, ripe banana (1 medium banana) before pouring batter into
pan.

Cake pops are a super trendy dessert nowadays and they are shockingly easy to make!!! Such a fun dessert to make and perfect for all skill levels. This recipe is PERFECT if you are making a cake and it breaks/sticks to the pan/just doesn't turn out right.

Recipe:
Again, no real measurements here, requires some eyeballing
- your favorite cake recipe
- your favorite frosting
- white chocolate or candy melts
Mash up your cake into fine crumbs and gradually add in frosting, little by little until the crumbs form a dough-like texture.
Form into balls and freeze for 20 minutes
Melt candy melts/temper chocolate.
I recommend using candy melts because they are so easy to work with. You can pop them in the microwave and they are ready to use. Chocolate is harder to work with because if you simply melt it, it won't firm up and get that crunch.
Dip the stick in chocolate then insert into the cake sphere.
Freeze for another 20 minutes then dip into chocolate.
Let the chocolate set, then voila, beautiful cake pops.

EGGLESS DEVILS FOOD CAKE + FROSTING | BEST EVER LAYERED CHOCOLATE CAKE| RICH CHOCO FROSTING
This video is all about making the BEST eggless chocolate cake layered with the most decadent chocolate fudge frosting.
If you want to make a chocolate cake for a special occasion then this is the cake you need. The light devil's food chocolate cake sponge with the indulgent frosting is the perfect combination.
I topped my cake with some lovely chocolate shavings. All you need to do is melt some chocolate, spread in thin on parchment and let it set. Once set, using a bench scraper, scrape the chocolate lengthwise and they'll automatically start rolling. Easy three steps and your chocolate cake garnish is ready!
I have made an eggless version today but you can also make it with egg. Just replace curd with 2 eggs.
Ingredients
For the cake
1 ½ cup (180gms) maida
¾ cup (90gms) cocoa powder
½ tsp (3gms) baking soda
1 tsp (4gms) baking powder
¾ cup (180ml) vegetable oil
1 ½ cup (300gm) caster sugar
1 cup (285gms) curd
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup (120ml) milk + 1tsp (5ml) vinegar
For chocolate fudge frosting
1 cup (200gms) butter
2 cups (260gms) icing sugar
1/2 to 3/4 cup cocoa powder *
1 cup (175gms) melted chocolate
1 cup (230ml) warm cream
To top
Chocolate shavings
* Personally, I love making this frosting with cocoa powder, to give it a deep chocolate flavor. That is why I add 3/4 cup cocoa powder here. However, if you want to keep the chocolate flavor more on the sweeter side, then you can reduce the quantity of cocoa powder and add 1/2 cup instead.

4 1/2 Cups SIFTED Icing Sugar
2 Tsp Vanilla
3 + Tbsp Heavy Cream
Beat until Smooth and Fluffy 5--6 min.
