Apple Butter Scones | The Tastemakers-Jen Phanomrat
These buttery scones are flavored with apple butter and kissed with a warming maple glaze.
Ingredients
2 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp salt
¼ cup butter, cubed and chilled
1 tbsp light brown sugar
2 eggs, at room temperature
½ cup + 2 tbsp buttermilk
¼ cup apple butter
1 tbsp cinnamon + sugar mix, for the top
For the glaze:
1 cup powdered sugar
8 tbsp pure maple syrup
4 tbsp butter, melted
1-2 tbsp milk
Steps
1.) Preheat oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
2.) In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add one egg at a time and mix. Then add buttermilk and apple butter. Mix well. Gradually add the dry mixture to the wet, and mix just until combined.
3.) Pour mixture onto a floured surface. Use your hands or a roller to form a disk. Cut into slices, like triangles, and place on a parchment-lined baking tray. Brush the tops with buttermilk and sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
4.) Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until crusty and golden brown. Meanwhile, make the glaze by combining all ingredients in a bowl.
5.) Remove scones from oven and place on a wire rack. Allow to cool for about 5 minutes, before adding the glaze on top.

Apple Cinnamon Butter Spread For Toast Bagels & Pancakes by Rockin Robin
Apple butter is so delicious and it's so easy to make. It takes pancakes to a new level and is amazing on hot rolls or toast.

If you love cinnamon, you will love this recipe. This spread is amazing on warm rolls for dinner, on toast, pancakes and anything else you butter on. I haven't tried it on a baked potato but hey, why not?
I got the idea from a restaurant my family went to recently and they served this butter with some warm dinner rolls. Everyone loved it.
So I figured, how hard can it be? So this is what I came up with and I thinks it's amazing. Maybe even better than theirs.
Here is the recipe:
Apple Cinnamon Recipe
Ingredients:
1 cube of butter (1/2 cup) softened (at room temperature)
5 tsp. unsweetened apple sauce
2 tsp. brown sugar, firmly packed
2 tsp. sugar
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Place the butter in a mixing bowl and mix until whipped about 1 minute. Then add the applesauce, brown sugar, sugar, and cinnamon and mix until well incorporated. Scrape down the bowl a couple of times so that the sugars get well mixed in ( a good minute or two of mixing).
Cover and refrigerate.
