diced 6 Uneeda biscuits 2 tablespoons minced parsley 1/2 clove garlic -- minced 1 dash Tabasco sauce 1/8 teaspoon oregano Salt & pepper to taste Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine all the ingredients and turn mixture into an 8 x 8 inch pan greased with reserved marinade. Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Cool i n pan and cut into small squares. Heat 1 TBS oil in a skillet. Add one pound ground sausage and cook until almost done (5-6 minutes)
Add one small diced onion. Cook for 2 minutes. Then add 1/2 diced red pepper, yellow pepper and green pepper. Cook another 2 minutes. Add 1 tsp minced garlic. Cook for 30 seconds.
In a bowl combine: 6 beaten eggs 1/2 cup milk 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp basil 1/4 tsp black pepper 1/4 tsp salt 8 ounces shredded cheese (whatever kind of cheese you like)
Add sausage and pepper mixture to egg mixture. Mix well.
Pour into a well greased 9 inch pie plate. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes until top is slightly browned.

Ingredients and Directions for Miss Anne's Crustless Quiche!
Ingredients: 6 eggs 1 cup of milk 1/4 cup onions 6 balls of frozen spinach 1 cup cheese, grated, any kind 1/4 cup mushrooms, sliced 4 pieces of any kind of bacon, rip into small pieces (You can really add whatever combination of items you would like)
Directions: Mix everything together in a large bowl. Add salt and pepper to taste. Grease a 9” pie plate or something that is a similar size. Pour the mixture into the dish. It should be filled to just under the rim. Bake at 425F for approximately 35 minutes or until the middle of the quiche is no longer juicy.
