How To make Almond Pinecones
Ingredients

almonds, whole natural
8
oz
cream cheese
1/2
cup
mayonnaise
5

bacon, cooked and crumbled
1
tablespoon
green onion, chopped
1/2
teaspoon
dillweed
1/8
teaspoon
pepper
Directions:
Spread almonds in a single layer in shallow pan. Bake at 300F, 15 minutes,
stirring often, until almonds just begin to turn color. Combine cream
cheese (let soften first) and mayonnaise; mix well. Add bacon, onion, dill
and pepper; mix well. Cover and chill overnight. To serve, form cheese
mixture into shapes of 2 pinecones on serving platter. Beginning at narrow
end, press almonds at slight angle into cheese mixture in rows. Continue
overlapping rows until all cheese is covered. Garnish with artificial pine
sprigs. Serve with crackers. Makes 1 1/2 cups.

Makes 7-8 pine cones
Ingredients:
250g (8.8oz) Biscuits
4 tablespoons (28g) Ground almond
3 tablespoons (22g) Cocoa powder
2-3 tablespoons Powdered sugar
1/3 cup (75g) Melted butter
1/2 cup (120ml) Milk
Chocolate cereal
Powdered sugar for dusting
Directions:
1. In a food processor or in a Ziploc bag, crush the biscuits into fine crumbs.
2. Add ground almond, cocoa powder, powdered sugar and mix. Add melted butter, milk and mix well.
3. Shape the mixture into pine cones as shown in the video. Then, decorate with chocolate cereal to create pine cones form as shown in the video.
4. Before serving dust with powdered sugar.
