A little known dish outside of Thailand but this recipe is an explosion of flavour! Fried rice balls flavoured with Thai curry, mixed with sour sausage and a ton of herbs. There is nothing like it!

About Pai:
Pailin “Pai” Chongchitnant is the author of the Hot Thai Kitchen cookbook, co-host of a Canadian TV series One World Kitchen on Gusto TV, and creator and host of the YouTube channel Pailin's Kitchen.
Pai was born and raised in southern Thailand where she spent much of her playtime in the kitchen. She traveled to Canada to study Nutritional Sciences at the University of British Columbia, and was later trained as a chef at Le Cordon Bleu culinary school in San Francisco.
After working in both Western and Thai professional kitchens, she decided that her passion really lies in educating and empowering others to cook at home via YouTube videos, her cookbook, and cooking classes. Anyone can make homemade sausage. I never realized how easy it was until I started doing it myself. It doesn't take to long, the ingredients are super cheap for what it yields, and it's delicious! Quick Garlic Turmeric Rice Recipe for DINNER TONIGHT?
LEARN HOW TO COOK A GARLICKY GOLDEN TURMERIC RICE RECIPE TODAY!
LAY HO MA! There's not much more comforting than a bowl of warm, delicious, fluffy rice. This recipe is incredibly flavourful and simple to make. Join me in this episode and learn how to cook a delightful bowl of garlic turmeric rice. Let's begin
Ingredients:
6-7 pieces of garlic
1/2 onion
80g broccolini
1/4 red bell pepper
3 tbsp avocado oil
pinch crushed pepper flakes
1/4 cup corn
1 1/2 cups basmati rice (cooked)
1 tsp turmeric
pinch of salt
Directions:
1. Finely chop the garlic, onion, broccolini, and red bell pepper
2. Heat up a nonstick pan to medium low heat. Add 2 tbsp of avocado oil
3. Cook the garlic and onions for 6-7min. Add the crushed pepper flakes
4. Set the garlic and onions aside. Heat the pan to medium heat and add 1 tbsp of avocado oil
5. Sauté the broccolini and red bell pepper for a couple of minutes. Add the corn, basmati rice, turmeric, salt, and the cooked garlic and onions. Sauté for 2-3min
6. Plate and sprinkle with some more crushed pepper flakes
