1 cu flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon leaf sage :
or
oregano butter or vegetable oil
Rinse chicken pieces and pat dry. Combine flour with remaining ingredients exc ept butter. Toss chicken pieces with flour mixture to coat. In skillet, heat butter to 1/4-inch depth and cook chicken over medium-high heat until golden br own. Place browned chicken in Crock-Pot, adding wigns first; Add no liquid. cover and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours or on High for 4 to 5 hours. Serves 4

Hello lovelies, in today's video we are making fried chicken the KFC style and you won't believe how easy it is to make it at home.

Ingredients:
For the marinade:
-8 pieces chicken(4drumsticks, 4thighs)
-1cup buttermilk or mala
-1/2tsp Salt
-1/4tsp Black pepper
Flour Mixture:
-2cups all purpose flour
-1tsp paprika powder
-1tsp cayenne pepper powder
-1tsp garlic powder
-1tsp white pepper powder
-1tsp dry thyme
-1tsp dry oregano
-1/4tsp chilli powder(optional)
-1/2tsp salt
-1/2tsp black pepper
Egg Mixture:
-3 eggs
-3tbsp hot sauce
-Oil to Fry

This has to be one of the best chicken & rice recipes, so much flavor, the perfect balance of sweet, spicy & savoury!

452 Calories | 40g Protein | 51g Carbs | 10g Fat
Ingredients (4 servings)
- 700g Cubed Chicken Breast
- 2 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1.5 tsp Black Pepper
- 2 tap Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 30g Cornflour (Brand: Tesco)
For the Glaze
- 50ml Light Soy sauce mixed with 50ml Water (total 100ml)
- 25g Honey
- 40g Gochujang Paste (Brand: Haepyo can find this on Amazon - you can substitute this for Tomato paste mixed with sriracha if you can’t gind gochujang)
Pickled Cucumbers (can be stored separately)
- Thinly sliced Cucumber
- 20ml Light Soy Sauce (Brand: Lee Kum Kee)
- 10ml Rice Vinegar
- OPTIONAL Chilli Flakes (can be really spicy, skip this if needed)
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Sesame Seeds
Important cooking notes
- When coating the chicken with cornflour makes sure it’s well coated. Or you can skip the cornflour all together if you don’t have it
- When making the glaze, add the ingredients on low heat then keep stirring till it starts to bubble lightly then let it reduce for 3-4 mins. It should thicken
- You can store the cucumbers separately and warm up the meal prep without them. Better served cold
