1 Point Pancakes Weight Watchers Freestyle
Ingredients Needed to make 13 pancakes
1 cup of Carbquick baking mix
1/2 cup Kodiak pancake and waffle mix
2 eggs
1 cup of water
2 Tablespoons of Sukrin Gold brown sugar
1 tablespoon Vanilla
Mix all ingredients, preheat grill, scoop a little less than 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake
Cook until bubbles form on top , then flip and continue cooking till done
yields 13 pancakes for 1 WW Smart Point Each
Serve with Carys sugar free pancake syrup for 0 points

Make them with simple ingredients in about 20 minutes, they are without eggs, and you can easily make them dairy-free with your favorite non-dairy milk.
⭐️ Ingredients
1¼ cup all-purpose flour
2 over-ripe bananas best if skin has dark spots
½ cup milk any, we use almond milk
½ cup water
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder add 1 more teaspoon for extra tall banana pancakes

sliced banana
butter or dairy-free butter
maple syrup
walnuts or pecans

I love making these easy pumpkin spice pancakes. They are light and fluffy with with warm Fall spices that make them perfect for the Fall season!????????

Ingredients:
1 cup uncooked rolled oats, ground up into flour ( you can also use 1 cup store bought oat flour)
1/4 cup All-purpose flour
1/2 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
1/2 cup Caned pumpkin
2 lg Eggs
1 tsp Baking powder
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Table salt
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 tsp Pumpkin pie spice
3 Tbsp Maple syrup (a calorie free sweetener can be substituted if you wish)
1-2 Tbsp Fat free skim milk (if needed)
1 Tbsp powdered sugar (I factored this into the recipe builder and it doesn't affect the points with or without it)

In a medium sized bowl, mix together eggs, greek yogurt, pumpkin, vanilla and maple syrup. In a small bowl, mix together oat flour, all purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and pumpkin pie spice. Mix dry ingredients into wet until combined, add 1-2 Tbsp of milk if needed. Heat a large, nonstick frying pan on medium heat, spray with cooking spray and pour batter by 1/4 cups into heated pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes, flip and cook another 1-2 minutes. Sprinkle lightly with powdered sugar.
