If you use 1/2 tsp, will make approximate 71-72 cookies. For 4 cookies it is 1 sp. Recipe can be found on the WW Mobile App.
Ingredients:
2 TB butter
2 tsp canola oil
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp salt
1 large egg white
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Place parchment paper onto cookie sheet and set aside.
In small bowl combine the flour and baking soda. Set aside.
In a medium bowl combine butter, oil, sugar vanill, salt, and egg white. Mix well.
Add small bowl with medium bowl.
Using 1/2 tsp measurement, scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 4-6 minutes.
Cool and Enjoy!

Ingredients for cookies:
2 cups self-rising flour
3/4 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 large egg
4 tsp oil
1-2 tsp vanilla extract
1Tbsp powdered sugar (for dusting cookies)
In a separate bow, combine flour and cocoa powder together, set aside. In a mixer or another bowl, combine remaining ingredients, minus the powdered sugar. Add in flour mixture and mix until dough forms. Roll dough into balls (2 Tbsp a ball) and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Let cool slightly, dust with powdered sugar.

Ingredients:
1 1⁄4 cup All-purpose flour
1⁄2 tsp Baking soda
1⁄2 tsp Baking powder
1⁄2 tsp Table salt
Apple pie spice, 2 1⁄2tsp, 1 tsp for dough, 1 1/2 tsp to roll the dough(or cinnamon)
1⁄3 cup Lakanto Monkfruit sweetener with erythritol, golden(or no calorie brown sugar alternative of your choice)
1⁄2 cup Unsweetened applesauce
4 tbsp Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt, melted
1 large Egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1 medium Apple, about 1 cup finely diced
3 Tbsp Lakanto Classic Monkfruit Sweetener With Erythritol(or no calorie sugar alternative of your choice)
1 1⁄3 oz Fat free sugar free instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
In a medium sized bowl, add your flour, salt, baking soda, 1 tsp apple pie spice and pudding. Stir together until well combined. In a large bowl, add your melted butter spread, golden sweetener, applesauce, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir together well. Mix you dry ingredients into your wet until combined. Wash, peel and chop your apples into small pieces. Fold in apple pieces. Let dough chill in the refrigerator for a couple hours, this makes it easier to work with the dough. Stir together remaining apple pie spice and classic sweetener until combined. Scoop dough by about 2 Tbsp and roll into balls. Roll balls in spice mixture. Place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Slightly press them down. Bake at 350F for 12-15 minutes or until slightly browned. Enjoy!

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies | weight watchers blue plan | MY WW| WW
Description: Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies... YUPPPP only 1 SP Each!
on the Weight Watchers Blue Plan. You can use this recipe for Weight Watchers Green Plan & Weight Watchers Purple plan but please be sure to calculate points using the WW app.
Ingredients:
3/4 C Gold Medal all purpose flour
1/4 C Hershey's Cocoa Powder
3/4 C Monkfruit 1:1 sugar replacement
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 C unsweetened apple sauce ( add more for moister cookies)
3 egg whites
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp of powdered peanut butter (PB2)
(See video for modifications)
Instructions:
Mix all dry ingredients in bowl until well combined
Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix until almost frosting like batter is formed
place spoon fulls of batter onto parchment lined baking sheet or roll into balls and press down into cookie shape.
The thinner the wed cookie form, the dryer the cookie will be
Bake in an oven at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
Makes 15 - 16 cookies
Cookies are 1 SP each on the blue plan!
