How To make Weight Watcher's Pineapple Cheese Cake
1/2 pineapple
med.
1 cup water
2 packages gelatin
1 1/3 cups ricotta cheese
1 cap vanilla extract
1 cup diet soda :
(Fresca, Lemon,
Creme) Sweetener to taste :
(3 pkg.)
Boil the pineapple and water for 20 minutes. Blend soda and gelatin. Add to cooked pineapple, chill until syrupy. Blend well. Add all other ingredients a nd blend. Place in pie pan and refrigerate.

Easy! 2 Ingredient Pineapple Cake
Preheat oven to 350º
You'll need:
Deep 13x9 pan.
1 Box Angel Food Cake Mix
1 20 oz. Can Crushed Pineapple
Mix ingredients together, bake for 25-30 minutes. I used a glass dish and ended up baking a little over 30. Last time I used a foil pan and only baked for 25 minutes and it was done.
Optional topping, you'll need:
1 8 oz. tub frozen whipped topping (thawed)
1 3.5 oz. package instant vanilla pudding
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract (use real if you want, or use fake, up to you)
Mix all ingredients except whipped topping together, then mix it in. You're done! A delicious vanilla flavored whipped topping. Delicious!! Enjoy!

Easy No Bake Oreo Cheesecake Pie WW Friendly (Weight Watchers) With Points on all Plans This Cheesecake is so easy to make and comes together in minutes!
Makes 8 servings. MyWW SmartPoints per serving - Green: 10 SmartPoints / Blue: 10 SmartPoints / Purple: 10 SmartPoints.

Ingredients:
8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese
2/3 cup fat free plain Greek yogurt
4 oz fat free whipped topping
1 tsp vanilla
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
16 Oreos, divided
1 1/2 Tbsp light butter spread, melted ( I like Brummel and Brown)
For the crust, grind up 13 Oreos in a food processer until you have crumbs, add in melted butter spread and blend together. Press into a pie pan and refrigerate. For the filling, cream the cream cheese and Greek yogurt together. Blend in vanilla and powdered sugar. Fold in whipped topping. Break up remaining Oreos and fold into cream cheese mixture. Pour over crust and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, overnight is even better!

This Low point, low calorie Weight Watchers inspired cake is called Heavenly for a reason! The texture, the flavor, the light glaze are fantastic together and coming in at 5 smart points for the whole cake -- this is the NEW WW cheesecake that everyone should try! I use the Kodiak Pancake mix and add in some special touches to make the cake light and airy. You will love this WW Weight Watchers dessert! It is even great for a low point WW breakfast no matter what personal points you are on!

1 tbsp white chocolate pudding mix
1/2 C applesauce

1 dash vanilla
2 dashed almond extract
Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes
8X8 glass pan -- the one I used is no longer available but this would also work.
