Easy fruit Sherbet Punch recipe with Jello, Kool Aid, pineapple juice and lemon-lime soda. Make any color or flavor you’d like and serve with fruit sherbet on top for that delicious, easy punch!
STRAWBERRY SHERBET PUNCH
Red punch fits so many different holidays and seasons, so we decided to whip up a strawberry sherbet punch. We used strawberry Kool Aid and strawberry Jello as the base for this recipe. It made a gorgeous red color that is pretty as a Christmas punch, Valentine’s Day punch or July 4th punch. Cool strawberry flavor is good any time of the year, right?
Ingredients
3 ounces strawberry gelatin (1 small box)
1 cup boiling water
1 envelope strawberry Kool Aid
2 quarts cold water
1 1/4 cups sugar (to taste)
20 ounces lemon-lime soda (add more to taste)
2 pints sherbert (we used raspberry sherbet)
26 ounces pineapple juice
Instructions
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir well.
Dissolve drink mix in cold water in a large punchbowl. Add sugar and stir well.
Add pineapple juice and gelatin to Kool Aid mixture.
Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Add lemon-lime soda and sherbert just before serving.

EASY PUNCH RECIPE for New Year's Eve and holiday parties
Hey Everyone! I wanted to share an easy punch recipe for parties for thanksgiving, christmas, new years eve or any party wherein you want a quick and easy punch recipe to serve your guests (or just a small gathering).
My easy punch recipe uses blood orange juice and a seasonal spiced simple syrup made with cinnamon and rosemary. For my base spirits I'm using Monday Zero Proof Mezcal, but you can use any spirit you want with this recipe. This easy punch recipe works great with tequila, whiskey, rum or pisco. You can also enhance this with 2 to 3 ounces of amaretto or amaro. If you want to learn how to make your own amaretto please see the link below to my recipe.
And I highly recommend you top it off with some bubbly! I'm using a non-alcoholic sparkling tea from Copenhagen Company. It has all of the notes I'd want from a sparkling rosé which would go perfectly with this.
If you want to make this a low ABV punch recipe, you can simply swap in a base spirit (and again, this recipe works great with any good base spirit like tequila, rum, whiskey or even pisco) for the punch and leave the rest low/no alcohol. You could also keep the base spirit zero proof but add 1 to 3 ounces of amaretto or amaro. You could also just keep the punch completely alcohol free and just top with champagne or any other sparkling alcoholic beverage of your choice, this way you can satisfy any and all drinkers and non-drinkers.
Easy Punch Recipe
1 C freshly squeezed blood orange juice
1 Oz pomegranate molasses
2 1/2 Oz spiced simple syrup
- 1/3 Cup Sugar, 1/3 Cup water, 1/2 cinnamon stick, 1 small rosemary sprig
4 Ounces choice of spirit - I'm using Monday Zero Proof Mezcal
*Optional - 2-3 Oz of amaretto or amaro
*Optional - 3/4 Oz of oleo saccharum
Stir to combine and pour into large bowl filled with large ice cubes. Larger ice cubes will dilute the punch less. Garnish the bowl with blood orange slices and rosemary sprigs. Express the blood orange peels.
For serving, fill glass to your preference (about 3oz of punch) and top with bubbly of choice (about 2oz) or drink straight.
