In celebration of 140 years of NEFF, we're sharing some of the most nostalgic recipes from the last 14 decades.
This steak and mushroom pudding uses shredded suet. Atora first produced suet in 1893.

STEAK & KIDNEY PUDDING Serves 4 225 g (8 oz) Be-Ro Suet Pastry I Line a greased 1.2 litre (2 pint) pudding basin following FILLING: 450 g (I 16) diagrams given. 100 g (4 oz) stewing steak, trimmed kidney . BASIC RECIPE 225 g (8 oz) Be-Ro Self Raising Flour pinch 100 g (4 oz) salt shredded suet cold water to mix.
