How To make Spinach Vegetable Dip
1 pk Frozen chopped leaf spinach
1 pt Helman's Mayonaise (16 oz)
1 c Sour cream (8 oz.)
1/2 c Chopped onions
Thaw and drain spinaach well. Thoroughly mix all ingredients together. Chill, for best results, chill overnight. Serve with fresh cut vegetables or with pumpernickle bread. Great dip!! Usually have to double recipe.

〈Original Ranch Spinach Dip Recipe〉
What You'll Need:
✓ 1 container (16 ounces) sour cream
✓ 1 packet (1 ounce) Hidden Valley® Original Ranch® Dips Mix
✓ 1 package (10 ounces) frozen spinach, chopped, thawed and well-drained
✓ 1 can (8 ounces) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
✓ 1 round loaf French bread
Directions:
⁃ In a large bowl, mix the sour cream together with the dips mix until well-blended, then fold in spinach and water chestnuts. Chill covered for 1 hour before serving.
⁃ Cut top off the bread, remove center and cut into cubes.
⁃ Fill bread bowl with dip. Serve with cubed bread and vegetable sticks of choice.

The first time I ever made Classic Knorr Spinach Dip, {Recipe Below} many years ago, I bought a loaf of round bread, scooped out the insides, placed the dip in a plastic container, put the container with the dip in the hollowed out section and served the the cubed bread, alongside the bread bowl. #knorr #spinach #dip #myyoutuberecipe #easy #easyrecipe #appetizer #holidayrecipes
It was an instant hit and one that I've made over and over again. In this recipe, we used jarred marinated artichokes in place of the chopped water chestnuts. I had forgotten to pick up a can of water chestnuts and went with the artichokes which I had on hand. It was just as delicious.

Knorr Spinach Vegetable Dip
1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach,
thawed and squeezed dry
1 container (16 oz.) sour cream
1 cup Hellmann's® Mayonnaise
1 package Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix
1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped*
Juice and zest from 1 Meyer lemon, optional
3 green onions, sliced
In a medium bowl combine all ingredients. Cover a refrigerate for several hours to blend flavors. Serve with crackers and/or assorted vegetables.
*For this recipe we substituted 4 oz chopped artichokes.
