300 ml Cream 3 ts Caster sugar 3 ts Rum Chocolate chips To Drink: - Sweet white wine freezing time Prepare in Advance: Yes Preheat the oven to its lowest setting. Grease a 2 litre/3 pint loose-bottomed cake tin with the butter. Beat the egg whites to form stiff peaks. Mix in half the sugar. Beta until the mixture is stiff and shiny. Add the rest of the sugar and cocoa and beat a further 2 mins. Pour the mixture into the prepared tin. Bake for approximately 40 mins. The cake will rise and then sink down again. Let the cake cool in the tin. Whip the cream with sugar and rum to taste. Spread over the top of the cake while it is still in the tin and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Keep in the fridge overnight. One hour before serving, put the cake in the freezer. Serve directly from the freezer. Loosen the cake from the edges of the tin with a sharp knife and put on a serving plate. ▣ Method: 1. First, separate the egg whites and egg yolks, and freeze the egg whites for about fifteen minutes. 2. Heat the butter, bring to a boil and turn off the heat, add the sifted cake flour and cocoa powder, mix well, then add the chocolate, let it stand for a minute, mix well. 3. Add the milk, mix well, then add the egg yolks and mix well. 4. Whip the egg whites until they are curved, then mix well with the chocolate batter and pour into the mold, add hot water to the baking pan and bake. 5. Confirm whether the baking is cooked, you can use a bamboo stick in the middle, if there is no wet batter, it is cooked, out of the oven, remove on the drying net, ready to eat ~

Light And Fluffy Yogurt Souffle Cake / How To Make / Cup Measurement
Hello all, here is the light and fluffy souffle yogurt cake recipe (for 16cm / 6in round cake pan):
3 eggs (each egg is 60g including shell) 200g Greek yogurt (3/4 cup) 30ml vegetable oil (2 tbsp) 15ml honey (1 tbsp) 20g all purpose flour (2 tbsp) 18g corn starch (2 tbsp) 1 tsp lemon juice a pinch of salt 60g sugar
Bake it with hot water bath in preheated oven (top and bottom heat only, no fan, put the cake at the lowest rack) 150C for 50 minutes
