Mediterranean White Bean Dip ready in 15 mins!!!

Ingredients
15 ounces cooked white beans (butter beans, cannellini, Great Northern) rinsed
2 garlic cloves
6 sun-dried tomatoes packed in oil
1/4 cup olive oil plus more for garnish
1/4 cup water
3-4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon dried oregano
pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
Garnish:
capers
olives
feta cheese
olive oil
Instructions
Place the garlic in a food processor and pulse until minced.
Add the sun-dried tomatoes and pulse until finely chopped.
Add the beans and puree.
Add the feta cheese, crushed red pepper flakes, water, oregano, and lemon juice and puree until smooth.
Taste and add salt f needed.
transfer the dip onto a serving plate or bowl and garnish it with olive oil, capers, feta, and your favorite toppings.

Cannellini Dip Recipe!
Ingredients:
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cans Cannellini or Great Northern Beans
- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- Juice and zest of one lemon
- 3/4 cup grated parmigianno-reggiano
- 1/2 cup Italian flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
- kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, red pepper flakes, to taste
Directions:
1. Combine beans, garlic, and lemon juice in a food processor and pulse til pureed. Slowly drizzle in olive oil til combined.
2. Remove from food processor and fold in cheese and parsley. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes to taste.
3. Transfer to a serving dish, drizzle with olive oil and a sprinkle of chopped parsley. Serve with crostini and crudites.
4. EAT IT.

This white bean dip (cannellini bean dip) is the dip you make for any occasion especially when time is of the essence and you want something different from hummus.
This easy white bean dip recipe is a delicious appetizer or snack that is packed full of flavor, more importantly, you only need 3 main ingredients and 5 minutes to make it. Let me show you how to make it in simple steps

Garlic White Bean Dip Recipe | Healthy White Bean Dip | Joos Food
Ingredients
• 15 ounce can white beans, rinsed and drained
• ¼ – 0.333 cup olive oil
• 4 – 5 cloves garlic, sliced
• ¼ teaspoon salt
• ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
• ¼ cup chopped fresh basil
• 1 teaspoon olive oil
• Pinch crushed red pepper
• Assorted fresh vegetables
• Toasted baguette slices
Instructions:
In a food processor combine white beans, olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. With machine running, drizzle in olive oil until desired consistency.
Stir in basil. Sprinkle with crushed red pepper and drizzle with additional olive oil. Serve as a dip with crackers or crudités for a spread continue processing mixture while drizzling in additional olive oil.
