How To make Sesame, Ham and Cheese Bites
8 sl Boiled ham
4 sl Prosciutto cheese
8 sl Gruy?re cheese
5 ts Corn oil
5 Eggs
x -Ground pepper to taste x -Dash cayenne pepper 1 1/2 c Sesame seeds
2 c Bread crumbs
1/2 c Parsley, Italian
1 c Flour, unbleached
3/4 c Butter, melted
Lay out 7"x5" slices of ham. Cover each with a slice of prosciutto and a slice of Gruy?re, and top with a second slice of boiled ham. Cut each into 6 squares.
Beat the oil, eggs, pepper to taste, and the cayenne together in a shallow bowl. In another bowl toss sesame seeds, bread crumbs and chopped parsley together. Preheat over to 400?F. Dip each square first into flour, next into the egg mixture, last into sesame seed mixture. Put squares on a buttered baking sheet and drizzle melted butter on top. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes, until sandwiches are golden and cheese is melted. Drain on a paper towel for 1 minute. Serve immediately.

Sesame Balls w/ Mung Bean Filling
Hello Foodies!
Another fried snack for you all! Sesame Balls. Sesame balls are a popular dessert/snack/appetizer all over Southeast Asia, China, Japan, etc. Today, I'll show you how to make the mung bean filling version commonly eaten in Vietnam. It's light, crispy, chewy, and nutty. Sesame balls can be filled with anything such as sweetened red bean, sweet potato, taro, and any other savory fillings. It's a great snack or dessert for a potluck. A lot of Hmong people loves to make sesame balls for special occasions. So I hope this recipe allows you to make a bunch of delicious sesame balls for what ever occasion it is. Happy cooking.

Ingredients ---Mung bean filling---
1 cup split peeled mung beans soaked (200g)
1 to 1 1/2 cup water to cook the mung beans (375ml)
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
1/2 cup fresh shredded coconut (or unsweetened dried) (50g)
1/4 tsp salt (1g)
---Dough---
1/2 cup mash potato flakes (27g)
½ cup hot water (for the potato flakes) (125ml)
2 cup warm water (500ml)
3/4 cup sugar (150g)
16 oz bag glutinous rice flour (476g)
1 cup rice flour (136g)
1 tbsp baking powder (12g)
1 tsp salt (6g)
---COATING---
1 cup raw sesame seeds (not roasted) (142g)
NOTE: Make sure the oil is at medium low to allow the sesame ball to slowly cook fully from the inside out. If your oil is too hot, your sesame balls will explode while frying! Super hot oil will react fast to the baking powder and the glutinous is rice flour which causes it to explode. Please be careful and mindful! Cook on medium low heat for best & safer results!

Sesame-Cheddar Twists - Lynn's Recipes
Lynn demonstrates how to make Sesame-Cheddar Twists. These are great for appetizers or serve them with soup. Easy to make and very versatile. The cheese can be changed to suit your own taste. This came from EveryDay with Rachael Ray. I only made half of the recipe, but the entire recipe is listed below.
1 pkg. thawed frozen puff pastry
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup plus 2 Tablespoons finely shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 Tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Preheat oven to 400°. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Unfold each pastry piece. Pat flat and brush with the egg. Sprinkle with the cheese and sesame seeds. Season, if desired. Using a pizza cutter, cut 1 dough sheet in half crosswise, then cut lengthwide to make eight 1 wide strips. Repeat with remaining dough sheet (you will have a total of 16 strips total).
Twist strips; arrange on baking sheet, pressing down ends. Brush with remaining egg. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes. Makes 16 twists.
