CREAMY COCONUT PIE - Mrs Vahchef
Mrs.Vahchef is very fond of cooking and her Recipes are very unique and fit for busy women specially working women
This is a special occasion dessert, but this scrumptious coconut cream pie is so easy to make. A cream pie is a type of pie or cake filled with a rich custard or pudding that is made from milk, cream, flour, and eggs.
INGREDIENTS:
All purpose flour 110 Grams
Butter 60 Grams
Sugar(powder) 30 Grams
Milk 1/4 Cup
Beans(dry) 1 Cup
Egg 1-2 Numbers
Sugar 3/4 Cup
Coconut 1 Cup
Butter 2 Tablespoons
Coconut milk 1 Tablespoons
Milk 100 ml
Cardamom powder 1 Pinch
All purpose flour 2 Tablespoons
Fresh coconut(grated) 1 Cup
DIRECTIONS:
1. Take a bowl and add all purpose flour, butter, sugar, milk and mix nicely to form a crumbled dough, keep aside for 5- 10 mins.
2. Roll the dough into sheet, place on pie mould and press it lightly.
3. Do docking with fork, place butter paper, on top of it add any beans and bake it for 180 degree for 5 -10 mins.
4. In a bowl whisk 1 whole egg, 1 yolk and add sugar, coconut, butter, coconut milk, milk, cardamom powder, all purpose flour, coconut mix thoroughly.
5. Remove butter paper filled with bean from pie mould and pour the above coconut mixture.
6. Bake again at 180 degree for 30-40 mins.
7. Demould the pie and cut into pieces.
8. Now the cream coconut pie is ready to serve.

1 can sweetened condensed milk or sweetened condensed coconut milk
1 1/2 water
1/3 cup Bisquick
3 eggs
1/4 cup soft butter
1 1/2 t. vanilla
1 cup coconut
350 oven 40 to 45 minutes
bisquick recipe
1 cup all purpose flour 1 1/2 baking Powder
1/4 salt
1 T. shortening
