FOR BEEF,POULtrY,PORK,LAMB:
1 Small garlic clove; crushed
1 t Vegetable oil
1/4 c Red wine
1 t Allspice berries; crushed
2 t Black peppercorns; crushed
Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Makes about 1/3 cup.
