Quick & Easy Chicken Quesadillas!
Hey foodies! So today I made some chicken quesadillas which turned amazing???? They are so quick and easy to make and so perfect. The recipe is very very simple, just get yourself some chicken, thighs or breast is perfect!
Ingredients
-Around 800g/ 1kg Chicken Thighs ( chicken breast is fine too)
-1/2 Tbsp Salt
-1/2 Tbsp Pepper
-1/2 Tbsp Chilli Flakes
-1/2 Tbsp Paprika
-1/2 Tbsp Scotch Bonnet Powder
-Drizzle of Lemon!
-Desired amount of peppers and onions
Cook the chicken on a medium/ low heat for 20-25 minutes, since I’ve been making these i like to add in the peppers and onions to the chicken so it mixes nicely together.

3 cans of CDO Chicken Flakes in Oil, drained
3 tbsp. red bell peppers, small dice
3 tbsp. green bell peppers, small dice
2 cups of melty cheese (easy melting processed cheddar, mozzarella, pizzarella, etc. or a combination)
3 pcs. 8-inch flour tortillas
3 tbsp. butter
Salsa or sour cream for dipping
Cilantro for garnish
