Quick and easy Special Quesadilla Imperial Valley Style. If there is one food that comes to mind about the Imperial Valley, it's the Special Quesadilla. Since I live in Hawaii now, it ain't a short hop for one of these. I've heard about this method so I thought I'd give it a try. If you close your eyes while eating one of these, you can almost smell the cattle yards of the 70's (Moooooooo!). IV joke.

Quesadilla cu pui este felul de mancare pe care il puteti prepara repede si usor, atunci cand nu vreti sa petreceti foarte mult timp in bucatarie, mai ales dupa o zi grea de munca. Quesadilla este un preparat format intr-o tortilla, acea lipie de origine mexicana, pe care o umplem cu diferite ingrediente. Putem folosi doar legume si cascaval sau putem adauga carne, peste sau chiar fructe de mare. Eu ador quesadilla cu pui si ardei gras. Combinatia mi se pare absolut perfecta.

Steak Quesadillas
This Steak Quesadilla is one of my family favorites Tex-Mex dish. It's perfect meal to pair with Salsa Fresca and Guacamole. For this recipe, you can substitute with chicken, if beef is not your preferred meat.
3 (about 650 grams) Sirloin Steaks, sliced (about ¼ inch thick)
2 Tbsp Fajita/Steak Seasoning
1 Red Bell Pepper, cut into strips
1 Green Red Pepper, cut into strips
1 Large White Onion, thinly sliced
4 Serrano or Jalapeno, seeded & cut into strips
½ Cup Pickled Jalapeno
300 to 350 grams Shredded Monterey Jack Cheese/Tex-Mex Blend
Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Black Pepper
5 to 6 (10 inches) Tortilla Wraps
