The word meatloaf can have a bad rap and make people think of Leave It To Beaver or sad school cafeteria food. I mean, it's not the prettiest sounding name now, is it?

Gratin Potato with Minced Meat and Cheese! Easy and Delicious recipe.
It's sooo tasty! Now I just cook a delicious plate like this! This is the tastiest mashed potatoes recipe I've ever made! Oven-baked mashed potatoes with ground beef and cheese is a great dish. The mashed potatoes stuffed with ground beef and cheese recipe is very easy and quick to make! It doesn't take long to cook in the oven! This recipe is unrealistically tasty!
Recipe and Ingredients:
Mashed Potatoes:
Potatoes - 1,5kg
Put the diced potatoes on a pan with water, add salt to taste and cook it until tender.
Mix the cooked potatoes with 1 cup of milk and 3 tbsp of butter
Potato Stuffing:
Add olive oil on a pan and add the following ingredients:
1 Onion - diced
Minced Garlic - 2tbsp
Ground beef - 1kg
Let cook for 10 minutes
Add fresh parsley and spring onions
In a glass baking dish add a mashed potatoes layer, cover it with grated mozzarella, add a ground beef layer, another mashed potatoes layer and finally cover it with grated mozzarella.
Bake it for 40 minutes - 200° C

I’ve never been a fan of meatloaf, not really my thing. But this is a different story!
This Italian Meatloaf Wrapped in Pancetta is a dish that is sure to please any Italian food lover. The Italian meatloaf is made with a mix of beef and pork, some vegetables and a few secret ingredients keeping it juicy and super tasty. It is then wrapped in pancetta and cooked until it is super juicy and crispy on the outside.
This version a little like an arancini whereby it contains a small piece of mozzarella cheese that oozes out from the centre. This recipe is sure to become a family favourite for both meatloaf lovers and otherwise. Perfect for the festive season and to impress your guests!
I like it with buttery roasted potatoes and green vegetables like green beans or asparagus. But you could also serve it with a salad.

Classic Southern Meatloaf Recipe: Hearty and Flavorful Onion Gravy Edition
Welcome to our channel! In this video, we'll be sharing a classic Southern meatloaf recipe with a delicious twist - onion gravy. This hearty and flavorful meatloaf with onion gravy is a true comfort food favorite that will leave you craving for more. Our step-by-step tutorial will guide you through all the necessary techniques and ingredients required to prepare this mouthwatering dish. From mixing ground beef and savory spices to shaping the meatloaf and baking it to perfection, we've got you covered. But what makes this recipe extra special is the addition of the savory onion gravy.
Classic Southern Meatloaf Recipe: Hearty and Flavorful Onion Gravy Edition
Ingredients
For the Meatloaf
1 1/2 pounds ground beef (96%) or 85/15)
20 crackers, crushed
1 finely chopped onion
1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
1 large egg
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/3 cup ketchup
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
(((Double the recipe if feeding more than 2 people)))
For the Onion Gravy:
1 jar Heinz Homestyle Mushroom Gravy
2 packages Onion Gravy mix
1/2 tablespoon Black pepper
1/2 tablespoon all-purpose seasoning
1/2 cup or more Beef broth
1 small Onion, sliced
Direction:
1. Add olive oil, onions, bell peppers in a cast iron skillet over medium high heat until the veggies are softened and removed and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, add your meatloaf ingredients and mix everything together. Add your green peppers and onions to the mixture and try not to overmix your mixture.
3. Pack the meat mixture into the loaf pan or shape it and place it on the baking pan or cast iron skillet.
4.Bake the meatloaf for 1 hour @ 350゚or use a meat thermometer and test your internal temperature to 170° to 180° internally.. Carefully pour excess grease into a can or jar (dispose of it in the trash after it cools)
5. Add your gravy mixture listed above into a saucepan and cook over medium-high heat, add more beef broth if needed for thickness of the gravy.
6. Remove your meatloaf from the oven once done... Cut into thick slices and serve with mashed potatoes and spread gravy right on top of meat. ENJOY!!!
