_ 120 gr di fiochi d'avena ( 3/4 Cup + 1 Tbsp )
_ 200 ml di latte caldo ( 5/6 Cup )
_ 2 Uova.
_ 2 Banane.
_ Vanillina.
_ 40 gr di cacao amaro ( 1/2 Cup )
_ Un cucchiaino di lievito per dolci.
_ Noci.
_ Gocce di cioccolato.
_ 100 gr di cioccolato ( 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp )
_ 40 ml di latte bollente ( 3 Tbsp )

2 Ripe bananas
2 eggs
33g cocoa powder
1 teaspoon Baking powder
60g dark chocolate
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 170C. prepare a 16cm round cake pan.
2. In a blender place bananas, eggs, cocoa powder and baking powder. Blend Just until combined and smooth.
3. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick…

Gluten free apple cake
Apples are high in fiber which helps to nourish a healthy digestive system. The fiber is known as pectin and the beauty of this fiber is that it also has the power to help lower cholesterol and stabilize blood sugar.
Ingredients
125 ml extra virgin oil
125 ml maple syrup
4 organic eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
400 g almond meal
3 tsp gluten free baking powder
1 kg pink lady apples cut into small pieces with skin
125 g walnuts, chopped
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 160 ° C fan-forced
Combine olive oil, maple sysrop, eggs, vanilla and cinnamon into a mixing bowl.
Add almond meal and baking powder then mix through.
Fold in the apples and spoon into a baking tin lined with baking paper.
Press the cake mix carefully into the tin, making sure all the apples are pressed down firmly into the mix. Scatter with walnuts.
Bake for 60-70 minutes or until firm to touch then cool down completely.
Serve and enjoy
