There are a lot or recipes for fried chicken, many try to imitate the famous KFC secret recipe, you can see my version on this channel. But let's face it, as good as KFC might be, it's convenience food and why try and make something when you can simply buy it. The only reason I can think of is to make it better. You just can't beat the freshness of home made fried chicken. Now this is not a copycat recipe, but it is quite simple to make and despite its simplicity, I'll be bold enough to claim that it's the best fried chicken recipe you will ever find. With the smokiness of the paprika, the popcorn like crunchy coating and the brined moist chicken thigh, you will be amazed at the outcome. I've made this using boneless, skinless chicken thighs but you can certainly make it with breast and keep the skin on if you prefer. Serve it with a salad or you can also use this recipe for an awesome chicken burger. Make it quick before this also becomes a secret fried chicken recipe!

Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Pakola Full Cream Milk 3 Cups
-Lemon juice 4 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tbs or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tbs or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tbs
-Paprika powder 1 tbs
-Mixed herbs 1 tbs
-Chicken pieces with skin 1 kg
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a bowl,add milk,lemon juice and mix well,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.Butter milk is ready!
-Add red chilli powder,salt,black pepper powder,garlic powder,cumin powder,paprika powder,mixed herbs and mix well.
-Add chicken and coat well,cover and marinate for 4 hours in refrigerator.
-On separate dish,add all-purpose flour,red chilli powder,salt,black pepper powder,onion powder, garlic powder,mix well & set aside.
-Take out chicken pieces from marination and place on grill rack.
-Take out 2 ladles (approx. 1 cup marinade) and pour in a separate bowl,add eggs and whisk well.
-Now coat chicken pieces with dry flour mixture,dip into egg marination and again coat with dry flour mixture.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil (140C) and fry chicken on low flame until golden (approx. 8-10 minutes) then fry on high flame (170C) until crispy (approx. 2 minutes).

-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein aur dhak ker 4 hours kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
-Alag dish mein maida,lal mirch powder,namak,kali mirch powder,onion powder aur lehsan powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Chicken pieces ko marination sa nikal ker grill rack per rakh dein.
-2 ladles (approx. 1 cup) marinade ko alag bowl mein dal dein aur anda dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Ab chicken pieces ko dry flour mixture mein coat karein phir anday wali marination mein dip ker lein aur dubara dry flour mixture mein coat ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil (140C) garam karein aur halki ancch per golden hunay tak fry ker lein (approx. 8-10 minutes) phir tez ancch (170C) per crispy hunay tak fry ker lein (approx. 2 minutes).
