How To Make Puff Pastry Cream Horns| Biscoff Puff Pastry Cones
In this video I show you how to make puff pastry cream horns, these puff pastry cream cones or horns are so versatile and can be filled with any sort of cream. I have used Biscoff for this recipe but you can also use plain cream.
Ingredients:
½ Tsp Butter
1 Sheet Puff Pastry
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Caster Sugar
60g Lotus Biscuits
2 Tbsps Biscoff Spread – Melted
Filling:
284ml Double Cream
1 Tbsp Biscoff Spread
1 Tsp Icing Sugar
4-6 Cream Horn Moulds

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to gas mark 6 and grease the moulds with some butter.
2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut some strips horizontally. Spread each strip out a little carefully making sure you don’t cause any tears.
3. Carefully place one of the pastry strip at the top end of the mould and wrap around until you reach the end. Make sure you overlap each layer.
4. Place on to a baking tray and beat 1 egg to egg wash each cone.
5. Brush over a little egg on each cone and sprinkle with some caster sugar on top.
6. Bake for 8-10 mins.
7. Take out of the oven and leave to cool. Once slightly cooled remove the mould from the pastry.
8. Place the lotus biscuits into a bag and crush into small crumbs.
9. Melt the Biscoff spread in the microwave for 30 secs.
10. Place each tip of the pastry into the melted Biscoff and then dip into the lotus biscuit crumbs.
11. Leave to set and meanwhile make the filling.
12. Place the double cream, Biscoff spread and icing sugar into a bowl and beat until thick.
13. Place the filing into a piping bag and fill each cone with the cream.

Today I’m going to show you how to make Puff Pastry Cream Horns. Crispy and buttery cons filled with sweet and delicate cream. You could use whipped cream, cream cheese frosting, buttercream or Italian Meringue which is my favorite filling for puff pastry cones and which I will make today.
PUFF PASTRY CREAM HORNS Printable Recipe -
ITALIAN MERINGUE and ITALIAN MERINGUE BUTTERCREAM -
Ingredients:
2 sheets frozen puff pastry
1 egg
1 tbsp milk
100g egg whites
200g sugar
60 ml water
1/8 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon juice

Cream Horns are scrumptious puff pastries filled with cream and berries.
FOR PRINTABLE RECIPE:
This 2 ingredient cream horns are made with just puff pastries and whipped cream. The pastries are wrapped around a metal horn and baked till golden and flaky. These cream horns can also be filled with custard or buttercream icing. These are a classic dessert treat that is perfect for holidays and gatherings. You can also dip or drizzle them in chocolate!

Tips:
Let the puff pastry thaw out of the refrigerator completely before using it.
If you do not have cream hone mould and don’t want to wait to order them, you can use sugar cones or cones made out of paper and tightly wrapped with aluminium foil..
Make sure to lightly grip the end that is opposite from the direction you’re pulling the pastry off the mould from. Do not pull from the middle or there is a higher chance of the pastry breaking.
There is enough butter in the pastry dough that you do not need to spray your moulds,

When you are filling the rolls with cream
The rolls has to be COLD
If the rolls are hot or warm cream will melt down
Make sure rolls are cold when you do the filling????
Ingredients for cream horns
1 egg at room temperature
Half cup or 125ml warm milk
1/3 cup or 60 ml oil
Sugar 4 Tbsp
Instant yeast 1 tsp
Butter 4Tbsp
Baking powder 1tsp
All purpose flour 2.1/2 cups or 375g
For cream horn filling
1 cup whipping cream
1 pack powder wipe cream
Vanilla
2 Tbsp powdered sugar
Pistachio and powdered sugar for garnish
نکته بسیار مهم ✅
وقتکه لوله ها را با کریم ( خامه ) پر میکردید باید لوله ها خوب سرد شده باشد
اگر درست سرد نشده باشه کریم آب میشود باید لوله های کریم رول خووب سرد باشد بعد کریم را بیندازید ????
موادلازم برای کریم رول
برای خمیر
یک عدد تخم به حرارت خانه
نیم پیاله یا 125 میلی لیتر شیر نیم گرم
روغن 1/3 پیمانه یا 60 میلی لیتر
شکر چهار قاشق غ
خمیرمایه فوری یک قاشق چایخوری
بیکنگ پودر یک قاشق چایخوری
آرد دونیم پیمانه یا 375 گرام
مسکه چهار قاشق غ
برای کریم ( خامه )
یکپیمانه کریم با چربی %35
یک پاکت پودر وپ کریم( خامه )
وانیلا
پودر شکر سه قاشق غ
