How To make Cream Horns
1/2 Basic puff pastry; see
-recipe 1 Egg yolk
1 ts Water
3/4 c Whipping cream
3 tb Powdered sugar
1 ts Grated chocolate
Substitute 1/2 pk Frozen puff pastry (17-1/4
-oz) Recipe by: Southern Living
Roll pastry into a 15- x 9-inch rectangle. Cut into 9 (15- x 1-inch) strips. Starting at tip of mold, wrap one strip around an ungreased 4-inch metal cream horn mold, winding strip spiral-fashion and overlapping edges about 1/4 inch. Place on lightly greased baking sheet, end of strip down. Repeat with remaining strips. Combine egg yolk and water; brush over entire pastry. Freeze 10 minutes. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Remove from oven, and gently slide molds from pastry. Turn oven off. Return pastry to oven for 10 minutes. Remove from oven, and cool completely on a wire rack. Combine whipping cream and powdered sugar; beat at high speed of an electric mixer until soft peaks form. Spoon whipped cream into a decorating bag fitted with metal tip No. 4B. Pipe whipped cream into pastry horns. Sprinkle grated chocolate over tops of cream horns. Chill until NOTE: One-half (17-1/4-ounce) package frozen puff pastry may be substituted for 1/2 recipe Basic Puff Pastry. -----

How To Make Puff Pastry Cream Horns| Biscoff Puff Pastry Cones
In this video I show you how to make puff pastry cream horns, these puff pastry cream cones or horns are so versatile and can be filled with any sort of cream. I have used Biscoff for this recipe but you can also use plain cream.
Ingredients:
½ Tsp Butter
1 Sheet Puff Pastry
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Caster Sugar
60g Lotus Biscuits
2 Tbsps Biscoff Spread – Melted
Filling:
284ml Double Cream
1 Tbsp Biscoff Spread
1 Tsp Icing Sugar
4-6 Cream Horn Moulds

Method:
1. Preheat the oven to gas mark 6 and grease the moulds with some butter.
2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut some strips horizontally. Spread each strip out a little carefully making sure you don’t cause any tears.
3. Carefully place one of the pastry strip at the top end of the mould and wrap around until you reach the end. Make sure you overlap each layer.
4. Place on to a baking tray and beat 1 egg to egg wash each cone.
5. Brush over a little egg on each cone and sprinkle with some caster sugar on top.
6. Bake for 8-10 mins.
7. Take out of the oven and leave to cool. Once slightly cooled remove the mould from the pastry.
8. Place the lotus biscuits into a bag and crush into small crumbs.
9. Melt the Biscoff spread in the microwave for 30 secs.
10. Place each tip of the pastry into the melted Biscoff and then dip into the lotus biscuit crumbs.
11. Leave to set and meanwhile make the filling.
12. Place the double cream, Biscoff spread and icing sugar into a bowl and beat until thick.
13. Place the filing into a piping bag and fill each cone with the cream.

Puff Pastry Cream Cones | Cream Horn Recipe
Everything tastes better with these crispy and flaky cones. The choices for filling are endless: Sweet (like cherries and cream) or savoury like chicken and cheese. You may also give your cone a boost by scattering sesame or poppy seeds on top of the egg wash.
Ingredients to make cream cone
Puff pastry Sheet - 1
Whipping cream - 1 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Vanilla Essence - 1 tsp
Method to make Pastry Cone
1. Make whipped cream with powdered sugar and vanilla essence.
2. Cut strips of pastry sheets and wrap them onto the cone-shaped aluminum foil and give egg or milk wash.
3. Bake these cones at 180 degree celcius pre heated oven for 20 minutes.
4. Remove aluminium foil from the cone when it is warm.
5. Once cone is cooled down add cream with cherry and serve.
