How To make Ham & Cornbread Casserole

ham, cubed

green onions, bunch, chopped
1/4
cup
butter, melted
2
each
eggs, beaten

mexicorn, can (niblets with peppers), drained

each
cream style corn, 8 oz can
1
cup
cornmeal, white, self-rising
3/4
cup
buttermilk, (or make your own)
1
cup
cheddar cheese, shredded
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 12x8 inch (2 qt) baking dish with non-stick spray. In large bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake in preheated oven for 45-55 minutes or until golden brown and set. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional few minutes, until cheese is melted.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Cut into squares.

Crisco® Original No-Stick Cooking Spray
2 cups cubed, cooked ham
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 large eggs, beaten
1 (11 oz.) can corn with red and green peppers, drained
1 (8.5 oz.) can cream-style corn
1 cup Martha White® Self-Rising Enriched White Corn Meal Mix
3/4 cup buttermilk
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation Directions
HEAT oven to 350°F. Coat 8 x 8-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.
COMBINE ham, onion, butter, eggs, two cans of corn, corn meal mix and buttermilk in large bowl. Pour into prepared baking dish.
BAKE 45 to 55 minutes or until golden brown. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted. Cool 5 minutes before serving.
